Authors point of view 

"Shivika has- "Said doctor

"Doctor tell me why called me, Is there anything important? Is anything wrong with my Baby? Is she going to get fine soon?" Said Annika cutting the doctor and bombarding him with rain of questions, Shivaay looked at Annika annoyed because she cut off the doctor while clearing his question

"Doctor first answer my question please? What happened to Shivi" Said Shivaay, the doctor looked and Annika nodded in negative. The door opened and a person came and mouthed the doctor to give Shivaay special treatment and don't cause him any trouble

"Shivika has A heart problem, Septal defects are sometimes called a 'hole' in the heart. It is the most common heart problem, many defects in the ventricular septum close themselves and cause no problems said the doctor in a professional manner with compassion, Shivaay felt like the air got sucked out of his lungs

"What? How? Why? When?" Shivaay muttered, He was completely clueless of what to say, the news completely left him speechless, He wasn't able to digest what he had just heard

He looked at Annika who was sitting next to him, She looked down and he could see her gulping her tears. She was breaking everyday after knowing news, she didn't want to lose her baby

"Ventricular septal defect (VSD) is a gap or defect in the septum between the two lower chambers of the heart. The septum is a wall that separates the heart's left and right side. It is the most common heart problem that babies are born with. Many defects in the ventricular septum close themselves and cause no problems. Otherwise, medicines or surgery can help. Most babies born with a defect in the septum have normal survival." Said The doctor , Shivaay's heart was breaking into million pieces

Annika held Shivaay's hand, She knew that he would be in pain just like her when he knows about all of the things . Shivaay looked straight into Annika's eyes, Annika could see his pain visible in his grey eyes which was speaking volumes. Annika squeezed his hand trying to give him support. 

"like I said  Most babies born with a defect in the septum have normal survival, When the holes are large the things that happen are similar but more severe, In Shivika's case She has been more stressed then usual which brought out all the symptoms which were not much obvious, She is admitted because Medicines can reduce the symptoms to a length" Said the doctor with a serous expression , Seeing Shivaay's reaction the doctor felt really bad for him , The doctor had noticed his confidence self when he first entered but now he was broken.

"You both take a second , After you both become more balanced you can come back then i will tell what I called you , I don't think you will be able to digest the facts if I shower you with everything" said The doctor looking all sorry for them , Annika nodded

Annika was restless to know what the doctor wanted to say , She was getting more tensed by the second. The humanity inside her decided to rest her restlessness and comfort Shivaay first. She could guess how hurt he was since herself went through some what same feeling.

"Shivaay hear me out , Look at Shivi who is completely fine at the moment , Don't worry everything will be fine , My warrior princess is really strong and is a fighter , She will get fine so be strong for now" said Annika, She took his hand and kissed his hands, Annika looked at the doctor and signalled to continue

"I called you to tell about her current conditions , By seeing her condition and files , I think that its best to resort for the surgery ,It will make her condition better and she can continue a normal life" said the doctor , Both of them felt like the land beneath their legs got pulled

"The surgery is completely safe with excellent  results , According to me the surgery should be earliest if possible , That's why i called you , Shall we start procedures" Asked the doctors , Annika and Shivaay was clutching each other 

"IS there any other way" asked Annika

"this is the best way and after this she  could have a good life with less restrainments , She would not be bound by the condition" said the doctor 

"Doctor you start the procedures , i will pay things shortly" said Annika

"Please pay the advance" said the doctor and Annika nodded

"Shall we leave" asked Annika and doctor nodded

Both of them were shaken by the news, Shivaay was walking towards the other side. The loving side of Annika was paining seeing him like this.

"Shivaay-

All the medical information over here is from a site , the stress thing is kind of my bluff but Stress do create issues for a fact.
Anyway I gave a small Shivika moment, there is a lot more to come.
