T.W: panic attack, knocking out and swearing
=~•Virgil POV•~=
I had just made it to lunch, when I saw the girl from the bus. What was her name again... Christine I think it was. She started walking towards me with a spring in her step and a grin on her face. Behind her was her brother Remus, who had their signature psychotic grin. Once she got over to me, Remus seemed to watch from the sidelines, daring me to upset her. Before I knew it, she was embracing just like before school but this time I felt very scared about Remus. Instead of him killing me, however, he decided to join us in the hug. Now I was very uncomfortable.I pulled away when the hug seemed to last way too long. He looked at my face, right before laughing (or more cackling) most likely from my shock. Out of no where, he started rambling on about many inappropriate things that I would have been much better if he didn't. Christine looked annoyed at how much he goes on and I can only feel sympathy for her because she has to live with this rat. We started walking whilst the two Kingsleys talked back and forth about the weirdest things I've ever heard. That was until we saw the school dumbasses. I didn't think much of it until I saw someone being lifted by their shirt collar. A second later I realised that this was the new kid I saw in my homeroom class. He didn't look scared though which surprised me, he just looked completely done with the idiots already. Not even 5 seconds after thinking that, the boy, Noah, had lifted his hand, ready to punch him into next Monday.
I looked over to Remus for his idea on the situation. To my surprise, I saw him wielding a baseball bat that seemed to appear from thin air. I couldn't ask him how he managed to bring a bat into school because he was soon sprinting towards the surrounding bullies, bat above his head. For some reason, I followed the fool towards the others when I realised that the other boy was still in Noah's grip. I sighed before sneaking behind the boy and quickly pinched that odd part of your neck that knocks you out cold. My other hand suppressed any noise from escaping his mouth, when I saw the two eyes of the new kid.
He had very light vitiligo on the right side of his face and heterochromatic eyes (the right a pale yellow and the left a hazel shade). His caramel hair was tucked underneath what I believe was a bowler hat, decorated by a small piece of yellow fabric that laced around the bottom of the hat. If he wasn't in school, I would have assumed he was going to a meeting with a mafia boss with how he was dressed. His jacket was a charcoal black, that almost draped to the floor. A citrus yellow shirt was underneath the cascading jacket that hung from him. Even his pants were to formal for school, they were black dress pants that one would wear to prom. Leather black business shoes encased his feet without a spec of dirt on. I felt as though he was going to be a stuck-up posh, especially with how he was walking into homeroom. Okay that could of been due to the fact the hat would of fell.
Quickly, he picked himself of the ground whilst brushing himself off. Something that surprised me was him being shorter than me. I'm 5'10 but I was expecting a 6'1 business man-to-be. He must of been around 2 inches shorter than me, which made me internally happy that I was taller than someone. Don't get me wrong I'm not short, people just don't want someone under 6'.
He looked at me before immediately spinning his head towards Remus who was now... sitting on one of the bullies to stop him from running, I hope. We both adverted our gazes from Remus who jumped up and ran over to us. Barely a second later, he was back to spewing nonsense from his mouth and some saliva.Banana boi was about to talk, when a very distinctive sigh came from behind us. I turned my head only to be greeted with an angry mu... I mean Logan staring disappointedly at me and Remus. He looked between Remus, me and back to Remus. Quite frankly, I felt very anxious about what he was going to say before he turned to newbie.
"Janus, don't get involved with morons, such as these two," he said whilst pinching the bridge of his nose. Janus, I hear Logan say, turned to meet Logan's harsh gaze before beginning to speak again.
"Well it was a 'pleasure' meeting you three but I sadly do not wish to be friends with murders-to-be. No offence," he stated, clearly meaning for us to take offence to his words. This didn't happen, however, as Remus grinned wider, taking his insult as a compliment. His words just made me roll my eyes before silently dismissing myself to the bathroom. That was way too much social interaction for one day or even for a whole week. This is my last year, I don't need friends or help for my senior year. Without realising where I was going, I walked straight (gay) into a door in the hallway. I felt everyone's eyes trained on me. My breathing quickened as my chest began closing, constricting my lungs. No, I can't have a panic attack in the freaking corridors. My legs quickly brought me behind the school, where the sun perfectly lit up a garden wall.Beginning of panic attack
I sat down on the wall, bringing my legs close to my chest as my heart felt as though it was going to rip free of my chest. A million thoughts, rushed through my head like gusts of wind. I couldn't hear anything as my mind clouded up. His nails dig into his palms, deep enough to break his skin as he tried grounding himself. He couldn't remember any techniques his therapist had told him too. Tears streamed down my face, ruining my dark makeup that surrounded my eyes. I was shaking like a magnitude 5 earthquake. My thoughts quickly consumed me and I felt as though I was about to pass out. I couldn't think straight... ever, I'm not straight. My body began swaying before i was wrapped in an embrace of some sort. At this point I would usually be hyperventilating more but this felt calming.
Ending of panic attackThe warmth spread through my body putting an end to the chills that came from my body. I felt secure in this things embrace. My eyelids peeled themselves open when I saw a dark smoke surrounding my entire body. Although, I should have been panicking, I couldn't. My muscles relaxed and my chest released its grip on my heart. The smoke untangled itself from me when my heart started beating at a steady pace. It flew away from me before speeding directly into my chest. My eyes shut quickly, before it hit me. I felt a spark jolt through my entire body as soon as the cloud went through.
After a few seconds, I opened my eyes to see zero cloud anywhere. Now I was creeped out. Not enough fear to send me into an attack but enough to keep me on edge. The bell sounded not long after that little... experience. I shook my head before deciding to continue with my school day. Nothing happened for the rest of the day apart from people staring at me in confusion. Oh well probably the smudged makeup.
I walked home peacefully before opening the front door lazily. My parents both own a popular café in the centre of the city and were both at work. Lazily, I dragged myself up my stares before falling flat on my face onto my bed. I had my headphones on playing 'Wait for Me (Reprise)' from Hadestown as I just laid there contemplating my life and what the fuck happened today with my panic attack. After about 2 hours, I fell asleep with my alarm set multiple times because I am way to scared of forgetting. Little did I know tomorrow would be very, how can I say it... eventful.

That was probably a very badly written panic attack but I have never wrote one before. The next chapter won't be in Virgil's POV like you would expect because I am annoying. I will most likely be doing Janus' so be prepared. Until next time, adios!&
