"Two weeks? That's a bit soon- don't you think?" I scoff, looking at the girl quizzically.

"You don't know, do you?"

"That you're pregnant? No." I nod, smirking, "Except I do- but nobody told me."

"Right..." she nods, awkwardly.

"Oh, I believe a congratulations are in order." I nod, standing tall and holding my hand out for her to shake, "Congrats on having sex, I'm sure it was great."

She laughs with a smile, shaking my hand, "They're going to love you, (Y/n)."

"Of course they will." I agree, "I hate children but sadly, I believe the feeling isn't mutual."

"Well you can always babysit for us- you and Loki could take one each. It'll be a handful with twins, but-"

"Sorry? Twins?" I groan, looking at her seemingly normal stomach, "How long have you known? You don't even look bloody pregnant!"

"I'm due in three weeks." she explains, "Frigga is hiding my bump for the wedding..."

"But- you- how- what? So even before that whole damn blip thing, you had babies in your belly? You jumped off Vormir, pregnant?" I question, absolutely bewildered by her explanation, "Why don't you wait until after the kids are born?"

"It's easier when there aren't two young children involved."

"Or one." Loki adds, walking up behind me.

"Where did you come from-"

"One of them could eat the other in the womb." Loki finishes, making me laugh a bit I must admit.

"Simple solution there! Now you only have to deal with one child." I smile.

"You two are sick." she groans, "Get started on the planning, okay? Nat's gonna help you, because I don't think you're gonna get anything done on your own."

"So rude." I huff, shaking my head and turning to Loki as Jane walks away, "So you finally got up?"

"Evidently?" he nods.

"Do you want some food?"

"No I'm not hungry." he shrugs, "And I've already eaten about three bowls of cereal. Had a bit of a binge-"

I laugh slightly, smirking at him, "Happens to the best of us."

"I propose we go back to bed and do nothing for the rest of the day."

"As lovely as that sounds, you need to go see Steve and Thor about this wedding." I reason.

"But I don't want to?"

"I didn't ask if you wanted to?" I scoff, "Go and we can do as much nothing as you would like."

With a groan and a few indecent mumbles, Loki begrudgingly trails off to find his brother and Steve.

Leaving me alone, finally with some peace.
