In the other day, Tamara got up early, took a shower, and then went to make breakfast. She woke up Alex and bathed him. Then she went to the bedroom to talk to Irene.

-Good morning, love. - She kissed Irene and gave Ruth a kiss - Good morning, daughter.

-Good morning. Will you stay with Ruth while I shower?

-Of course my love.

Irene finished breastfeeding and handed Ruth to Tamara.

-Change her clothes, please. When we return, she takes a shower. You can go down with Alex, I'm going.

-It's fine. Come on, mommy's sweetie. What a delicious thing this baby!

Tamara changed Ruth's clothes and went to Alex's room.

-Let's eat, son.

-Yes.

Tamara took him into the kitchen and they ate. Irene arrived ready and sat down with them.

-Good morning, son.

-Good morning, mom. Are you taking me to school today?

-Yes. Today the whole family goes.

-That good! Can I show Ruth to my teacher?

-Of course, son.

-I told everyone that I have a very cute sister.

-What else did you tell them? - Tamara asked.

-That I have two mothers.

-And what did they say? - Irene asked and looked at Tamara, both apprehensive.

-They asked me if I didn't have a father who played ball with me.

-And what did you answer?

-I don't need that, because my mothers play everything.

-Beautiful thing! - Irene kissed him - Mommy loves you!

After dropping Alex off at school, they went on the appointment. While they were in the waiting room, Tamara was unable to sit still.

-Love - said Irene - Come here; take Ruth a little so she can rest my arms.

-Clear. - Tamara sat down and took Ruth.

-Breathe. - Irene said and hugged Tamara - Everything will be fine, I'm with you.

-Thank you, love.

When the doctor called, Irene picked up Ruth and they entered the room.

-Good morning! - Said the doctor.

-Good morning, Doctor. - Said Tamara.

-Good morning! - Irene said.

-And this little girl, who is she?

-Our daughter. - Tamara said - Ruth.

-Congratulations, very pretty.

-Thank you.

-Well then, what brought you here today?

-Doctor, I have frequent insomnia and nightmares.

-Besides these, do you have any other complaints?

-Not.

-How many times a week does you have nightmares?

-At least three times.

-And insomnia?

-Every day of the week.

-How are your habits before going to bed? Do you use your mobile, watch TV or use your computer at night?
