Chan's eyes widened at the sudden declaration, and his heart again went pounding wildly in his chest. He sweated hard, and staring at the message for about thirty seconds without rest, he practiced breathing.
Why was he so shy? Didn't he like her too?
Before he could type something back, he received another message from her:

"WHAT HAVE I DONE?!" she shrieked, her hands almost giving up on holding the phone. She stared at the text, having posted a 'shit' to make it even more obvious.
I mean, wasn't it obvious already that she liked him more than a friend, now that she had written that accidentally?
