Once both girls had called Robin and Hopper, and they both agreed, Eleven would spend the night at Max's apartment. Hopper dropped the brunette's stuff at Robin's. Of course the girls were both excited and happy to spend the night together, but Eleven was mainly curious about Max's nightmares. Robin wasn't gonna be home until late so she told the girls to order pizza. The older brunette wasn't going to leave the two younger girls unsupervised though. She asked Hope to come over and spend the night at her apartment. Hope clearly couldn't say no to her girlfriend and I mean, how bad can two teenage girls, who are also deeply in love, be?

-Come on, I'll show you my new room., said Max excitingly as she grabbed Eleven's hand running up the stairs.

-How many stairs are there? And whyyyy didn't we take the elevator?, complained the brunette.

-Less complaining, more walking., giggles the redhead.

-You're gonna be the death of me., grumbled Eleven.

-I'll make sure to dress pretty for your funeral!, joked Max as she started running up the stairs.

-Hey! That's mean!, replied the younger girl trying to chase her.

-Catch me if you can!, provoked the redhead as she arrived at the apartment's door.

-You are one dead carrot, Maxie!, said Eleven trying to keep up.

As Eleven arrived at the door, she ran up to Max trying to touch her, but the redhead opened the door quickly and step to the side, letting the running brunette stumble in the apartment. Max couldn't contain her laugh and bursted out, having tears in her eyes from laughing. Eleven on the hand was laying on the floor, leaning on her elbows and looking at her beautiful girlfriend laughing. The redhead closed the door and turned around finding her girlfriend a few inches away from her, standing and looking her deep in the eyes.

-Wh-What is it?, asked Max seriously her smile disappearing.

-I love you., whispered Eleven as she placed a soft kiss on Max's lips.

-I l-love you too, Jane., replied the blushing mess.

Eleven smiled and backed off, giving Max some space. The redhead was still blushing, not expecting that from her girlfriend. As someone I know would say: a surprise for sure, but a welcome one.

-Are you ok little red?, said a voice from the kitchen.

Eleven instinctively threw a vase at the voice with her powers.

-Woah., said the voice catching the vase.

-Hope. You scared us., sighed Max.

-Sorry, I didn't mean to., chuckled the older girl.

-And I'm sorry for the vase., apologized Eleven.

-No worries, at least little red has someone who can protect her., smiled Hope.

-She told you about the "little red" nickname. Great., grumbled the redhead.

-It suits you. You're tiny and you're a ginger., shrugged the older brunette.

-I am not tiny!, replied Max.

-You kinda are., agreed Eleven.

Max turned around at her girlfriend and raised an eyebrow.

-I'm taller than you., said the redhead.

-That is correct. But you behave as if you are tiny., replied the brunette.

-What's that supposed to mean?, asked Max pouting.

-Well, when you sleep, you curl up, when you are focused on something like playing a game, your tongue sticks out a bit, when you lie your left eyebrow goes up, when you sneeze you sound like a little puppy and last but not least, you are super cuddly and you like hugs even though you don't easily ask for them or accept them., explained Eleven plainly.
