Chapter two

I observed how bad one of my men was murdered today,he was the best spy I ever hired. He's body was dumped at the alley near the night club I own " Sir we found this on his hand! One of my men told me as he gave me a piece of paper I snatched it from his hand and silently read the words written as I clenched my jaw bitting hard on my teeth "what does it say Antonio?" My second in command asked I turned and gave it to him as " Let the games begin" he read loud whispers around my men visible and confusion settled in " who do you think wrote this"? He asked " I don't know Marco I don't keep track of every enemy I have" I screamed " come down will find who's behind the murders " he assured " get more men , more spies I want ears and eyes everywhere in every small cartel there is in this city I want answers"! I demanded  " sure thing but first get back inside and make sure our deal with the Costello's we need them to be our suppliers in Mexico" he said I nodded at him he was right never let anger get in the way with your goal that's what dad always told me and my brother I sighed and went back inside the club leaving Marco take care of everything he's responsible loyal and my best friend . I walked back to the booth and came into good terms with the Ronaldo Costello and the deal was done after I left him enjoy his drinks with the strippers to please him. I went back to my office and poured myself a cold whiskey settled myself in my leather big chair and losened my tie, lied back and closed my eyes and relaxed the soft music playing at the side speakers beside me calmed me even more. A knocked interrupted on my peace I opened my eyes as my bodyguard walked in "sir there someone here to see you" he informed me , who is it? I asked as a tall brunette woman walked in " Antonio Rouhas! It's been quite awhile" her soft voice echoed  in the room " Ivana, and what do I owe this pleasure"? I said as I placed my drink on the  table " haven't you missed me Antonio? she asked as her small strides brought her near me she stood Infront of me with her very short red dress that sticked on her model body her long brown hair fell on her shoulders " How can I help you Ivana"? I asked her as I stood up and towered over her " I missed you Antonio" she whispered as her hands snaked up my body and tugged me " what are you doing Ivana "? I asked her as her lips grazed mine " kiss me " she ordered  my hands groped her and tugged her body close to me our eyes met " you look different"? " How different" she asked as her lips met mine. I pushed her to avoid her kiss to deepen "what's wrong Antonio"? She asked  "I can't!" I told her " what do you mean you can't!" She went on " your married to one of my business partners" I reasoned " oh please like you care, come on no one has to know " she said as she hugged me " I don't care about people Ivana the problem is you are not mine" I shouted she moved away and looked suprised at my reaction " then make me yours" she laughed " what are you talking about? I asked. Well just kill Daniel Lee make it look like it's an accident after some few months I get the money and we can be together" ! She said smiling  " Are you out of your mind, Lee's cartel is the second most best cartels in NY do think this brothers won't investigate, you want me to start a war with one of my best partners in this business" I retorted back at her " I want you to start a war for me, for us"! She went " For you huh! Where were you the time I needed you the most, Ivana you left me and went off to get married to him! I screamed at him "I had no choice! My parents forced me too we needed money Antonio!" And you were not at the right state at that time so..." She trailed off " so you betrayed me and married a rich man" well my dear Ivana " I won't risk my empire for you"! You just proved how self centered you are " I finished. I held the door for her as I watched her burn with hunger while she took her purse and walked out the door " if you let me go I'll be loyal to him starting from now" ! Her voice cracked I stared down at her memories of us flowed back as I made decision " Farewell in your marriage Ivana" I told her as I shut the door.
