after the kiss pt. 2

recap: you ran into the bathroom

after i used the bathroom, i went straight to my bed, laid down and closed my eyes. finally peace. after what felt like an hour i woke up and was a little hungry. i thought since it was late mattia and them went home. i was walking downstairs and when i get down i see mattia but he's on his phone. i turned back quickly and before i could take another step.

"hey sis" josh says to me

i turn around and see everyone looking at me. mattia turns his head quickly and we make eye contact for a second but i break it.

"uh he-hey" i say nervously

"where have you been all day? i didn't see you in 4th" he asks me

"um oh yea i uh came back home because i uh" i pause and look at mattia "i uh wasn't feeling well"

i look at taylor and the boys and they're trying hard not to laugh at my awkwardness. did she tell them i kissed mattia? nah it was probably mattia

"oh well we did a study guide today and it was a lot" he says catching me up

"oh what did i kiss" i say. i realized what i said "uh miss" i say "i meant miss" i laugh awkwardly

i hear mattia laugh after i said that

"oh god" i hear kairi whisper while laughing

"are you okay?" nathan asks me

"w-what? yea w-why wouldn't i be" i lie. i don't wanna see mattia yet.

"because you seem nervous" josh points out

i get a glance of mattia and i see him laugh a little.

"y-yea" i say "i'm going to my room and i'm going to sleep so don't come in" i say quickly.

i head up to my room and quickly lock it.

mattia's pov

i was on my phone til i heard josh say y/n was here

"hey sis" he says

she turns around and i quickly turn my head. we make eye contact for a sec but she breaks it

"uh h-hey" she says nervously

i smirk knowing she's nervous because i'm here

"where have you been all day" he asks "i didn't see you in 4th"

"um oh yea i uh came back home because i uh" she says looking at me "i uh wasn't feeling well"

"oh well we did a study guide and it was a lot" he says catching her up

"oh what did i kiss" she says "uh miss" she corrects herself "i meant miss" she laughs awkwardly

i laugh at how much of a dork she is.

"oh god" kairi whispers while laughing

"are you okay?" nathan asks her

"w-what? yea w-why uh wouldn't i be" she says nervously

"because you seem nervous" josh points out

"y-yea" she says "i'm going to my room and i'm going to sleep so don't come in" she tells us while heading upstairs.

i laughed again. crazy how she can manage to make me feel like this. i gotta have her.
