It was the third Hogsmeade weekend of the year and me and my friends, including Percy and Jason, were sat protected by the warmth of the three broomsticks.

Me and Percy went to get us all butterbeers, and 2 weird girls came up to us, "you know, we wouldn't say no if you wanted to get us a drink." one of them said. Me and Percy exchanged looks and he tried to contain his laughter. I stared at them with no expression.

"have you not already asked me. I said NO. And Percy's taken." I said, I could not believe these wizards. They just could not take a hint. We walked back to our tables as the girls kept calling. Finally, I got so irritated I yelled, "we don't want you. Now if you know what's best for you, you'll stay away." Percy pulled me back to our seats, not bothering to contain his laughter anymore.

"what happened to you two?" Jason asked laughing at my outburst and accepting his drink.

"that σκύλα," I curse in ancient Greek, "won't get the hint. She's driving me mad."

Draco laughed, "it's your fault. You shouldn't have been so flirty and the start of year feast." Percy, who had just taken a large sip of the nectar like drink, sprayed the contents, gagging.

(A/N: I DID THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME YESTERDAY AN IT WAS GROSS IT HURT MY THROAT SO BAD)

you did what?!" he spluttered. He was still that same overprotective cousin.

"what?!" I looked at Draco dumbstruck. "I was the one that ignored the bunch of them. I didn't tell them to follow me to my classes." Draco rolled his eyes but changed the topic and we were talking about random other stuff for a while.

After a while I saw the minister of magic walking through looking grim, followed by professor Dumbledore, whose face was morphed into one of unusual concern and worry. But what was more, was that the voice that had stayed quiet for so long, was now echoing clearly in my head. Or I assumed it was in my head as no one else could hear it.

Kill... Rip... I smell blood!

It sounded like it was coming from inside one of the walls, and was moving, following the minister and Dumbledore.

"hey guys, I'm going to go bathroom. Be right back." I said my eyes not leaving the wall, in which I'm sure the monster was in-cased. I got up and followed it as though in a trance. We walked up the stairs and into a dark, gloomy corridor, and I summoned the shadows to wrap me and blend me in with the walls. I entered the room just before Dumbledore locked it, and stood to the back of the room, making sure I hadn't been discovered.

"he can't be trusted Dumbledore. His father-" the minister began. Dumbledore cut him off in a tired tone as though they had argued about this lots.

"Cornelius please, I trust the boy completely."

"Albus you are turning a blind eye to this situation. Tell me, why are you teaching 'defence against the dark arts' when you have basically accepted the dark arts in your school. You know who his father is, and you still agreed. He's too powerful for his own good. He's related to the Peverell brothers and you-know-who and his father is satin. Evil runs in the family." Fudge said, waving his arms about crazily.

"his father is not evil. That is the job, and title he was given. Just because he can do dark magic doesn't mean he will do it. I see no harm in being related to the Peverell brothers."

"you heard what he did in Moody's class, summoning the skeletons, the shadow power. That's Necromancy, and Umbrakinesis, it's against our laws. What if he has the power of Omnikinesis? Power to control anything and everything, mentally-" fudge said changing tack at the speed of light.

"I am well aware of what Omnikinesis is, and of our laws, having written quite a few myself." Dumbledore replied swiftly, a hint of anger seeping into his usually calm voice.

"but Albus!" fudge exploded, his face red from anger. "he could be a bigger threat than Vo- Vol- you-know-who himself."

"or he could be a great help in the war efforts against Voldemort." Dumbledore reasoned. Fudge gave an involuntary shudder and a hollow laugh.

"and you think he'd rather help us, than his oh-so-powerful grandfather. His grandparents killed Harry' s parents, and you think it's a good idea to keep them in the same room? he tortured Longbottom's parents into insanity and killed hundreds. I'm telling you Nico Di Angelo cannot be trusted. His uncle killed his mother, he killed his own sister. You don't think that's twisted?"

I stumbled, the shadows encasing me dropped and I stared at Fudge with such mutiny I'm surprised he had the nerve to say anything. How did I kill Bianca? What was this stupid man talking about?

"you see Dumbledore, he's using his powers now. He was eavesdropping on private matters."

Dumbledore, however, smiled at me pleasantly. "Mr. Di Angelo, what brings you here."

"you have no business here. We are discussing private matters." Fudge said turning his back on me.

"private matters that concern me. and if you don't want to be followed, you should act less suspicious." I say scowling.

As fudge attempted to leave the room, I commanded the shadows to make a tight tube around him. I trapped him in the shadows and summoned Grey, my personal skeleton that had belonged to frank, until he used him up, to lock the door and keep him there. Fudge shivered and tried to release himself struggling continuously. I pulled the shadows tighter and said, "it can go tighter, minister. I wouldn't struggle if I were you."

"now listen here boy, I demand that you let me go immediately-"

"you're in no place to make demands. Answer my question and I'll let you go in one piece." I snarled. "Voldemort, that's Tom Riddle, right?" he nods frantically before adding nastily, "and you are the result of his daughter. You and you freak of a sister."

My eyes snapped up to meet his. I was desperately trying not to lose control, but it was proving difficult. Fudge smiled cruelly, knowing he hit a soft spot, and continued.

"oh yes, I know all about your dead sister, who didn't love you enough to stay with you. Just like everyone else. You should just stop trying, because everyone around you dies, don't they? Your dead mother, your sister, dead because of you, and then what? You go and replace h-" that's when the room exploded. I was hardly aware of doing it, but the shadows in the room swirling like a tornado around fudge, so thick that you could barely see him through the darkness. The lights flickered, dangerously and the ground began to shake.

I could hear him screaming taunts about Bianca from his shadow tunnel and cracks formed in the ground, where skeletons rose. I was dimly aware that Dumbledore had remained in his corner of the room, untouched, and he didn't seem like he was trying to stop me. I squeezed the shadows tighter, a deadly look in my eyes, advancing on fudge, when the doors burst open and Percy and Jason flooded into the room. They grabbed my arms and pushed me back against the wall.

"Nico stop it. You're going to kill him!" Percy yelled over the noise as Jason tried to pull the minister from the tube.

"let go of me Jackson." I growled. My rage had overpowered me, I couldn't think straight. Percy was trying to drag me from the room as I sent skeletons to attack him to, I was screaming and yelling like an angry kid having a tantrum. The shadows in the room were darkening at an alarming rate, and it was becoming hard to breathe for the others, I tried kicking and punching Percy, but his grip was like iron and he pulled me from the scene. The last thing I remembered was Percy whacking the hilt of his sword to the side of my head, yelling "sorry." I seemed to fall in slow motion, and I blacked out completely when my head hit the stone floor.
