I was a little thrown off by Bailey's behaviour. But he got a little depressed every now and then. But everybody does especially when your well..dead.

I walked into the living room where Boone was already waiting for me on the couch. Seeing him made me..whats the word..

Should I call this happiness?

I don't know what I was feeling but, I had never had a friend before.

I took a seat next to Boone suppressing a smile. I wasn't going to go soft for one stupid boy.

"What are we watching?" I asked.

"I think it's called, take that stupid contact out already." He awnsered nonchalantly.

"Huh?"

"Don't play dumb. Your eyes were just fine, so get rid of the contact already." He said giving me a sideways look.

I huffed gently sliding the contact out. My eye watered slightly, "Better?"

He nodded grinning.

"Ok so actually now, what are we watching." I chuckled.

He scrolled through the scary movies for a few moments before stopping on some cheesy 90's thriller.

"Really?" I asked.

"Mhm."

"Fine." I sighed.

He started it inching closer to me.

I raised an eyebrow, what was he playing at?

He gave me an innocent glance before focusing his gaze back on the movie.

~~~~~~
We were only about twenty minutes into the movie. And Boone looked as pale as a ghost.
We were shoulder to shoulder by now.
But that didn't mean anything.
Friends sit close to each other.
~~~~~~

The movie was almost over and Boone had fallen asleep.

Now that was fine.

Except his head was currently lying on my chest his legs stretched out onto the foot stool.

I was trying not to freak out.

He was cuddling me.

Do friends do that?

I shifted a little but instantly froze as Boone started to stir. I didn't want to wake him up.

Milah

Me and and Jessie peeked around the corner watching the two boys on the couch.

Boone seemed to be sleeping peacefully on a very tense Rogue.

The poor kid seemed unsure what to do.

I myself couldn't tell if he was about to cuddle into the other boy, or hit him.

I hoped for the first option.

He decided on staying still.

"Wimp." Jessie muttered.

I gave her a warning glance, yet secretly agreed with her. He needed to take a chance or two.

The outcome might suprise him.

Ok I am SO sorry that this chapter took so long. And it's super short. Ive been having some extreme family matters, so my writing schedule is super messed up. And when I actually do get some time to write, I'm either exhausted. Or I can't focus for the life of me. So once again I'm so sorry for the wait.
