Had it been two days or three?

All I knew was that he had left.

For now at least

So now was my chance.

I slowley pushed myself up using the wall as support. The newfound chains around my ankles clunking together. If only I didn't have this damned blindfold on. I could summon Bailey to take it off and help me.

But I had nowhere near enough strength.

Taking a small step forward I found myself pleased to find nothing in front of me. So getting a little cocky I took two decent steps forward, forgetting about the chains around my ankles in the process.

As I put my foot down I found it slipping out from under me. Falling backwards my head took another sickening blow to the cold cement floor.

Rogue!?

His voice was fading in and out dangerously.

Not a great move on my part.

Thats when I heard footsteps.

Shit shit shit.

"Now now." His smooth voice echoed around the room "How'd you get over here?"

Taking deep shaky breaths I stayed silent, having learned my lesson the first time.

"Whatever, anyways darling. I got you a surprise."

My breath hitched.

Something heavy got thrown down next to me followed by a yelp.

"Wh..what is it?" I whispered.

"Borrowed him off a friend, needed something to keep you in line when I'm gone."  He chuckled walking off before I could ask anymore.

Hearing sniffing around, I took a wild guess.

Guard dog.

And I had no clue if it was dangerous or not.

Boone pov

I was currently throwing up behind the car.

I'm not good with blood in general.

But seeing that much, and with the possibilty of it being Rogues..

Wiping my mouth I took a few deep breaths before returning to Milah. The cops were putting caution tape in front of the alleyway.

It had been a long sleepless night, the cops had told us to get some rest after we had all gotten onto JJS car. They wanted to scout the area make sure it was safe before they let us go here.

I glanced over to see JJ with his head against the brick wall and his arms above him for support. He was taking deep breaths tears dripping down his face constantly.

He was murmering something so I got a little closer.

"All my fault.. should've been me.. I'm awfull.. all my fault.."

Walking over to him I put a comforting hand on his back, "It's nobody's fault alright?

He stayed silent trembling.

As he looked at me I felt my heart clench impossibly more. His usual joy filled eyes were now dark and empty.

As if the happienes left when Rogue did.

And I suppose that was true.
