As the days pass, their training becomes more intensive.

They are now aware a huge battle will soon take place, with the heroes against the LoV and the self proclaimed Liberation Front.

They are all improving.

Mistarin is quite a challenge as a fellow teacher, but she is helping Aizawa by taking some students on one to one sessions, so he doesn't complain.

She has helped Tokoyami to control Dark Shadow a little better even by night time.

He said she has whispered some strange words to the creature: elvish, she explained to him after the training, and now the two of them get along better.

He feels a lot less afraid of Dark Shadow at night, and he stands his ground better against light-generating Quirks like Bakugou's and Todoroki's.

Her stamina is stunning actually. She appears to not need a lot of sleep, but Aizawa is not one to question her about that, not now at least.

Toshinori and her speak a lot, privately and with Midoriya and Bakugou.

The retired hero looks quite happy about her help with the two young men.

He also suggested that once they become famous heroes, they should push further for rejecting the Hero Chart, and also stand up for the LGBTQ+ community.

"They need heroes and role models as any other person. You two can give them that."

He has said, smiling warmly. To see his two students happy is the greatest gift he could ask.

A couple of weeks has gone by, between normal lessons and training, as she gathers the class and Aizawa once again before beginning the daily training.

"I will take no more than some minutes, but I need you all to know one more thing about green dragons, before we proceed with today's training.

Todoroki, after that you will come with me and Midoriya today. You will see why.

Now, I want you to remember: what have I explained to you at our first meeting, about green dragons?"

The classmates look at each other. She did explain a lot of things, but a phrase she said keeps coming up in Kyoka's mind, and she raises her hand.

"You told us how green dragons are guardians of nature, and connected with dreams, right?"

She almost doesn't notice the fond look of Kaminari in her direction as she speaks, and she shoots a little smirk at him. He goes red and looks away quickly.

Yup, he has a huge crush on the girl. He started by admiring her intelligence and her proficiency in playing musical instruments and singing, but soon realized how his feelings were getting deeper and deeper. Only... now it's hardly the time to lay his heart bare before her, so he has decided to wait.

Mistarin looks at her student. "Correct, young one. Now tell me, children, what do you think is the meaning of being a guardian of nature?"

For a moment, they are silent, pondering. Finally, she decides that Midoriya should speak for himself.

"Young dragon, explain yourself to your human friends."

"A guardian of nature has, more than anything else, the duty to preserve balance. Anything that is out of balance is for me unsettling, to say the least. My instinct will push me to do anything in my power to restore the balance where it has been disrupted." Midoriya speaks with a proud smile, and not as if answering a teacher, instead as if talking about himself to his friends. He needs to introduce these subjects calmly to them, because it will change their perspective on him.
