Lisa walked out, leaving Jungkook bewildered in his bed. What could he really do to convince the girl that he loved her? It was early and his head hurt, so he felt miserable. But most importantly, he hated himself for hurting Lisa. Ever since he met her that one night, all he'd tried to do was take care of her, because she was so precious to him. He never realized how much he was wounding her the whole time.
He lay there, trying to come up with something she would like, something that would-
A loud crashing noise and a high-pitched scream interrupted his thoughts and he immediately jumped out of bed. He trampled down the stairs only to see Lisa sitting on the floor and holding her ankle, swearing under her breath with a pained expression on her face.
"What happened?" he rushed to her side. "Are you okay? Did you slip?"
"No shit," she snapped at him, then melted at his hurt expression. "Sorry. Yeah, I did. It's my ankle, damn it." she pouted.
He inspected it for a minute and then picked her up bridal style.
"Jeongguk, what the hell-?"
"We're taking you to the doctor."
"I can walk! Besides, what if someone sees us together?"
"So what do you want to do, stay here in pain?"
"I hate you. You ruin everything."
Jeongguk chuckled at the sight of her bright pink face.
"Aww, is little Lalisa shy?"
"Shut the fuck up," she slapped him on the chest and avoided his amused gaze. "This is all your fault anyways."
"How?"
"I was- never mind."
He shrugged as they arrived at the car. He lay her down on the backseat as she glared at him.
"I'll be right back."
He ran back to the apartment and grabbed the necessities- their phones, masks and caps, and some snacks to make sure she didn't kill him on the way. He was about to go back when he had an idea. Running up to his bedroom, he opened his drawer and searched for the items frantically. He opened the box and pulled it out carefully, smiling happily before shoving it in his pocket and going back to Lisa.
"Took you long enou- hey!"
He plopped a hat on her head and gave her the mask and snacks along with a kiss on the forehead. She felt her cheeks heating up once again and cursed herself for it. She was too weak-hearted to stay mad at him.
Damn Guk, how come you never fail to have this effect on me?
"Do your members know where you are?" he asked her.
"Oh...right."
She opened up her phone only to see about 50 missed calls and a crap amount of texts, not only from her members but from her manager and all of the members of Bangtan.
Protective, much?
Then again, she'd been gone for an entire day without telling them. She called Jisoo. She picked up before the first ring.
"Oh my god Liz are you okay? Where are you?" she exclaimed.
""I'm good unnie, sorry. I've been with Guk since yesterday but I forgot to contact you," Lisa explained.
"Yah, let me talk to that jerk," Jisoo said. Lisa shrugged and put her phone on loudspeaker.
"Jeon Jungkook, you better be taking good care of my baby."
"I am, noona, don't worry," Jeongguk gulped.
"And don't do something that I wouldn't do. You aren't getting too comfortable together, are you?" Jisoo asked like a suspicious mother. Jungkook coughed and Lisa reddened.
"No, unnie, we're not."
"Good, it's already enough that Jen's pregnant and- wait, shit."
There was silence.
"What did you just say, unnie?" Lisa asked, her voice wavering.
"I..."
They heard her sigh.
"We were planning on telling you later, in person. There was a whole incident yesterday after you left and...yeah. We found out."
