Chapter 19 - Ugly Cheetah Sweater

Chapter 19

Niall finally got his license and was driving me all over London. I saw so many amazing things and we even took pictures in front of Buckingham Palace! The day was eventful and filled with a lot of hand holding and lingering glances at each other. It was the first day of 2 weeks with him and it started out perfectly.

"Want to go to eat?" Niall said, already knowing the answer. He drug me back to his car and we drove to Nandos. I've never eaten it before and of course Niall was known for loving Nandos.

It was pretty empty. It was odd since the whole day we didn't see any paparazzi or fans.

"It is quite odd..." I said to my self not realizing I was talking out loud.

Niall said, "What?" with his mouth full of chicken. I shook my head.

"No paparazzi or fans. I'd figured there would be..." I trailed off looking out the window we were seated next to. Niall looked at me confused.

He finished chewing then said, "Well, sometimes I'm not noticed as much when I'm by myself. And most schools here are still in session..."

"Hmm. Yeah. I guess so."

We finished our meals and I was in the dying mood to shop. Good thing Niall liked to shop too! We went to so many new stores I've never been too. We walked into a place called TopShop and headed straight to the clearance rake as I usually do. My mother always told me to never buy anything unless it was on sale.

I was feeling the fabricing and admiring the clothes when Niall came behind me and grabbed my waist. He rested his head on my shoulder. He was much taller than me so it must have been Uncormfortable.

"Why are you in the clearance?" he asked.

"Never buy anything unless its on sale! Don't want to waste money..." I said not realizing I was talking to 1/5 of the richest boyband. He laughed.

I turned around and looked at him straight in the eyes.

"Well then you go ahead and find me something," I said in a challenging way.

"Challenge accepted." He shook my hand. I laughed to myself as he walked around trying to find things. I continued in the clearance rake.

A couple minutes later he comes over with a hideous cheetah print sweater. I turn around and gasp.

"You're kidding? You want me to wear that?!" I probably looked disgusted.

"Yes I do!" He handed it to me and contined looking. I started at the gross cheetah print with black fur around the collar. It had tiny pink sequins on it also. Who would wear this I thought to myself.

I decided to give it a go since Niall liked it. I grabbed a few dresses I found and headed into the changing room. I tried the dresses on first and decided I'd get them. Then I stared down that ugly sweater. I finally put it on and laughed. I looked ridiculous! I walked out to find Niall and I see him sitting in front of the dressing room with his phone out. I heard a small soft click and looked at him confused.

"Did you take a picture of me?" I asked. He looked michevous and started typing. I ran over to me and grabbed his phone right after he clicked Tweet.

I gave him a look and opened up Twitter on my phone. I turned around to look what he posted and I heard him snickering to himself. I saw his most recent tweet.

"NIALL!!" I said turning around. "Ugh that sweater is so ugly. Was this your plan the whole time?"

He nodded laughing uncontrollably. I started laughing too. Mostly at myself for believing him.

"Let's go mofo," I said after changing back and grabbing my dresses. Niall looked quite pleased at himself.

"Directioners say nay. I think that's a good answer," he said chuckling. I hit his arm and walked to the cash register.

I tried paying for my dresses but Niall refused and paid for them.

As we were walking out I said, "You didn't have to do that."

"Yes I did. What else would I do with all this money?!" he said jokingly. I swung my arm into his as we walked back outside to his car.
