Mary's POV
We were going to investigate all these deaths from a disease. "Check it out --I look like the king of pop too soon?" Dean asked. "Too soon." We said. "Don't get me wrong --I'm glad the CDC is here, but what we really need is vaccine." The doctor said to us. "You got that right." Kara said. "Well, tell me, have you noticed anything unusual about the strain --Any signs of behavioral change, like aggression, maybe?" Ma asked. "Excuse me?" The doctor asked. "Have the flu victims shown any signs of, uh, homicidal tendencies?" I asked. "Uh... symptomatically speaking, we're looking at a relatively mild case of swine flu here. Probably add up to a miserable week off of work, and that's about it." The doctor said. "So nothing unusual." Pa said. "Hmm. Day and a half ago, we didn't have a single case. Now we're looking at over 70 -- The infectious equivalent of a briefcase bomb. So, yeah, I might call that a little unusual." The doctor said. "Day and a half?" Sam asked shocked. "That's the same time those statues started crying." Ricky said. "Yep." Sam said. "I'm sorry. What was that?" The doctor asked. "What was what?" Crystal asked. "Did those two just say a bunch of statues started crying?" The doctor asked confused at Ricky and Sam. "What? Why, no. No. W-who would say that?" Ricky said. "Yeah, who would say that, huh? Crazy people." Sam said. "Exactly." Siren said. "Yeah, which we are not." Dean said. "No." Kara said. "Just... get us some vaccine." The doctor said. "Try not to be to obvious." I said rolling my eyes with Ma and Pa. We now on the car and doing a joint call on speakerphone. "Let me guess another steamin'-hot pile of swine flu." Bobby said on the other end. "Yep." We all said. "Doesn't make any sense, Bobby. Pestilence touched down here. I'm sure of it." Pa said. "But why is he dealing them soft serve like swine flu when he's got the croatoan virus up his sleeve? I-I-I don't get it." Dean said. "Doesn't matter what the sick son of a bitch is doing. What matters is this is the fourth town he's hit-- that we know of-- and we're still eating his dust. Did you get anything? We got even a snowball at probable next target?" Bobby said. "Uh, no pattern we can see." I said. "Okay. Hold on. Well, far as I can tell, he's still heading East, So... head East, I guess. Also Evelyn Reece stop making out on the couch!" I heard Bobby yell and we laughed. "So east?" Kara asked. "Bobby, we're in West Nevada. East is practically all there is." Ma said. "Yeah, well, you all better get to drivin'." Reece said. "Say... I've got an idea." I heard in the impala and Dean swerved. "Ahh." I said and Ricky pulle over. We all got out of the cars on the side. "Did you get him?" Sam asked Kara. "He's gone." Kara said holding Ruby's knife. "What's going on?" Siren asked. "Fancy a fag and a chat? You're upset. We should discuss it. Not here." Crowley said. "You want to talk? After what you did to us?" I asked mad at this demon. "After what I --what I did to you?! I gave you the colt!" Crowley said. "Yeah, and you knew it wouldn't work against the devil and Icicle." I said. "I never!" Crowley said. "You set us up. We lost people on that suicide run --Good people!" I said. "Mae." Pa said holding me away so I didn't murder Crowley. "Who you take on the ride is your own business! Look, everything is still the same. W-we're all still in this together." Crowley said. "Sure we are."I said rolling her eyes. "I get it princess." Crowley said. "Give us one good reason." Ricky said. "I can give you pestilence." Crowley said. "What do you know about pestilence?" Siren asked. "I know how to get him. That's got your interest, doesn't it?" Crowley said. "Are you actually listening to this?" Sam asked us. "Sam." Dean said. "Are you all friggin' nuts?!" Sam yell asked. "Shut up, Sam!" Kara said. "Shut up, all of you! Look...I swear... I thought the colt would work. It's an honest mistake. It's all part of the learning process. But nothing's changed. I still want the devil dead. Well...one thing's changed. Now the devil knows that I want him dead. Which, by the way, makes me the most buggered son in all of creation." Crowley said. "Holy crap. We don't care." Ricky said. "They burnt down my house! They ate my tailor! Two months under a rock, like a bloody salamander! Every demon on hell and earth's got his eyes out for me! And yet... Here I am...Last place I should be --In the road, talking to the Wayward Winchesters, under a friggin' spotlight! So come with me. Please. Do you want the horsemen rings or not? Yes, I know all about that. Shall we?" Crowley said and we were in a abandoned house. "Here we are --My life on the lam. How the mighty have fallen. Single-pane glass, Used contraception in the fireplace. The water damage alone." Crowley said and we rolled our eyes. "My heart's bleeding for you. Now, how do you know about the rings?" Kara asked. "Well, now... I've been keeping a close eye on you lot." Crowley said. "We got hex bags. We're hidden from demons." Crystal said. "All but one. That night you broke into my house, our first date, my valet hid a tracking device in your cars -- a magical coin that easily trumps your little bags o' bones. It allows me to hear things, too --and, my, the things I've heard. So you want to cram the devil back in the box? Cunning scheme. I want in." Crowley said. "You said you could get us pestilence." Ma said raising an eyebrow. "Well, now...I don't know where pestilence is...Per Se. But I do know the demon who does. He's what you might call the horsemen's stable boy. He handles their itineraries, their personal needs. He's who you want --believe me. He'll tell us where Sneezy's at." Crowley said. "Well, how do we get him to spill? Rip out his toenails?" Alison and Dean asked. "No. Nuts at his pay grade don't crack. We bring him here, then I sell him." Crowley said. "Sell him?" Sam asked. "Sounds like demon sex trafficking." Ricky and Siren said. "Please. I've sold sin to saints for centuries. Think I can't close one little demon?" Crowley asked. "All right, so where's this demon of yours?" Kara asked. Crowley spilled everything. "Why are we even listening to him? This is totally insane." Crystal said. "I don't disagree." Dean said. "One big happy family, are we, then? Fantastic." Crowley said. "You ready to go?" Alison asked. "Yes. Yes. I am. Siren, Mary, Ricky, keep the home fires burning." Crowley said. "What are you talking about?" Kara asked. "Those three are not coming." Crowley said. "I already assumed you didn't trust me." I said. "And why the hell not?" Siren asked. "Because I don't like you... I don't trust you... And -- oh, yes --You keep trying to kill me, plus if I'm the reason the future Queen is killed I have to angry Greeks on me." Crowley said. Ma and Pa nodded. "There's no damn way. This isn't gonna happen!" Ricky yelled. "I'm not asking you, am I? 'cause you're not invited. I'm asking you.(
What's it gonna be? Ladies, gentlemen... Enjoy your last few sunsets." Crowley said. "Wait. We'll go. What can I say? I believe the guy." Dean said. I was now on the phone with Bobby. "And then they  just walks right out the door with Crowley." I said. "Well, look, Mae, I got no love for demons, and, yeah, this whole thing is crazy, but...I don't know. After a year of chasing up zilch, maybe it's time to go crazy." Bobby said. "Never trust my brother!" I heard Evelyn yell. "Yeah, maybe. Hey, Bobby?" I said getting an idea. "Yeah?" Bobby asked. "Uh... remember that time you were possessed?" I asked. "Yeah. Rings a bell." Bobby said. "When Meg told you to kill Dean, you didn't. You took your body back." I said. "Just long enough to shank myself, yeah." Bobby said curious. "Well, how'd you do it? I mean, how'd you take back the wheel?" I asked. "Why are you asking,  Goldie locks?" Bobby asked. "Say we can open the cage. Great. But then what? W-we just lead the devil and Icicle to the edge and get them to jump in?" I said. "You got me." Bobby said. "What if you guys lead the devil to the edge and I jump in?" I asked voicing my idea. "Mae." Ricky said hearing that. "It'd be just like when you turned the knife around on yourself. One action -- just one leap." I said. "Are you idjits trying to kill me?!" Bobby yell asked me. "Bobby." I said. "We just got done talking your brother off the ledge, and now you're lining up to say yes?" Bobby said. "It's not like that. I'm not gonna do it. Not unless we all agree. But I think we got to look at our options." I said. "This isn't an option, Mary." Bobby and Ricky said, oh full name I'm in trouble oh well. "Why not?" I asked. "You can't do it. What I did was a million-to-one, and that was some pissant demon I was brain-wrestling. You're talking about taking back control from Satan himself." Bobby said angry through the phone. "Yeah. Yeah, I am." I said shrugging. "Kid... it's called possession for a reason. You, of all people, ought to know."  Bobby said. "I'm strong enough." I said. "You ain't. He's gonna find every chink in your armor, Mary, and use it against you --Your fear, your grief, your anger. And let's face it -- You're not exactly Miss. Anger management, also the powers you have being a demigod. How are you gonna control the devil when you can't control yourself?" Bobby asked. "Hey I cooked up some soup and made grilled cheese that Crowley had." Siren said. "Mae wants to jump into hell with Lucifer." Ricky tattled. "Suicidal much, very teen Mae." Siren joked. I rolled my eyes. We ate and heard the door open and Sam walked in. "Not with the others?" I asked. "Dean said to come in here." Sam shrugged, huh must be something big. Crowley walked in. "Okay, go ahead. Go --ruin our last best hope. It's only the end of the world." Sam said. We all walked in curious. "Sam." Crystal, Alison, and Dean said, they all looked like they fought an angry squirrel and the squirrel won. Kara, Ma, and Pa looked fine and were looking at the others. "What's going on, guys?" Sam asked. "We need you to stay on mission, okay? Focused." Alison said. "I don't understand. What's all this about?" Sam asked. "We're doing this 'cause I trust you." Dean said. "Trust me to what?" Sam asked and Dean ripped the bag off the guys head and we saw a random dude but Sam apparently knew him. "Sam? Sam, is that you?" He asked. "Brady?" Sam asked. "Brady hasn't been Brady in years. Not since, oh..middle of our sophomore year?" Brady said, demon possession. "What?" Sam asked. "That's right. You had a devil on your shoulder even back then. All right, now, let it all sink in." Demon Brady said. "You son of a bitch. You son of a bitch! You introduced me to Jess!" Sam said, I'm so glad Marina isn't here or it would be growling pissed off angel. "Ding, ding! I think he's got it!" Demon Brady said. "Damn it, Sam!" Ma and Pa said holding the murderous Sam back. "I'm gonna kill you!" Sam yelled. We got him to the other room. "Want to calm down?" I asked. "Get out of my way!" Sam said seeing Ricky and I blocking his way. "No." Ricky and I said. "Get out of my way, you two." Sam said angry at us. "There is only one way to win, and it ain't by killing that thing in there." Kara said. "Well... sounds like you got him nice and fluffed. Thanks so much." Crowley said. "Listen to me. We need pestilence to get at the devil, and we need Brady to get to pestilence." Crystal said. "Why? Because Crowley said so? Because we trust him now? Like I trusted Ruby? Or like I trusted Brady back at school?" Sam asked. "You really do have poor judgement." Siren said. "Look... Do the math yourself. If Lucifer wins, he'll turn this place into his kingdom. When the morningstar cleans house, we all get the mop." Pa said. "He created us. Why would he destroy us? That makes no sense." Brady said. "Cram it Abigail Williams." Ma said to demon Brady. "Look at who --at what he is. Then take a look at what we are." Crowley said. "Maybe you should be a little less worried about our necks and be a little more worried about yours." Demon Brady said I walked in the room and saw this conversation. "Has crossed my mind. That's not really the point." Crowley said smirking. "Actually, Crowley, that is the point. No one will know greater torment than you. Lucifer and Icicle are never gonna let you die. As for me, I know the score. I'm dead, whether I tell you anything or not. So I think I'll die on the winning side, thanks." Demon Brady said and Crowley left. "So you'll tell us?" I asked. "I said winning side not a side full of morons, there are type of demon democracy groups, radicals who want Lucifer incharge, loyalists who want Hades and Persphone incharge, and neutrals who don't care and think whatever happens could be good." Demon Brady said. "It's getting hard not to punch you so." I said and backhanded him. "Mae leave." Sam said I left and found the others. "Did you backhand him?" Kara asked. "He pissed me off." I said shrugging. Same came out. "Is he dead?" Siren asked. "No." Sam said. "Than what happened?" Dean asked. "Nothing." Sam said. "My ass." Kara said. "Guys, I'm fine." Sam said. "Yeah? And what about Brady?" Ma and Pa asked. "Like you all said... We need him." Sam said. "God. The day I've had. Good news. You're going to live forever." Crowley said walking in. "What did you do?" Brady asked. "Went over to a demons' nest --had a little massacre. Must be losing my touch, though -- Let one of the little toads live. Oops. Also might have given said toad the impression that you left your post last night because you and I are --wait for it --Lovers in league against Satan. Hello, darling. So, now Death is off the table. Now you get to be on the boss's eternal-torment list with little old me." Crowley said. "Oh that's going to be so much paperwork." Pa mumbled. "Oh, no, no, no, no. No." Brady said. "Something else we have in common --apart from our torrid passion, of course --Craven self-preservation. So, now, why don't you tell me where Pestilence is at?" Crowley said and we heard howling. "Are those wolves?" Ricky asked hearing it. "Oh, God, Crowley." Brady said. "Was that a hellhound?" Kara asked. "I'd say yeah." Crystal said. "Why was that a hellhound?" I asked. Crowley groaned and pulled out a coin. "What's that?" Sam asked. "Remember I was telling you about my crafty little tracking device?" Crowley asked. "Yeah." Siren said. "Demons planted one on me." Crowley said. "You moron." Ma said. "You're saying a hellhound followed you here?" Dean asked pissed. "Well, technically, he followed this." Crowley said. "Get me out of here. I'll tell you anything you want." Brady said. "Shut up." Sam said. "Okay, well, then we should go." Kara said. "Sorry, kids. No one knows more about the hounds than us. You're long past the point of go." Pa said. Crowley threw it at Ricky. "Damn it." Ricky said. "I told you!" Sam yelled. "Oh, well, good for you. Luckily, we have salt in the kitchen." Dean said. "I'll watch Brady." Kara said. "Watch me? Get me the hell out of here!" Brady said and Ricky and Dean poured salt on the doors. "Mae get Cerberus." Pa said. I teleported and got Cerberus who licked me. "Can you fight hell hounds boy?" I asked and he yipped. "Hey!" Crowley and I said getting back and I saw he had a hellhound. "You two back?" Kara asked. "I'm invested. Currently." Crowley said. "Had to make this fight fair." I said petting Cerberus. "Stay!" Crowley and I yelled at the other hellhound. "You can control them?" Dean asked. "Not that one. We brought our own." Crowley said. "Our's are bigger. Sic him, boy!" I said and Cerberus attacked the hellhound killing it. "Go, go go  go." Ma and Pa said ushering evryone out. Z"I'll wager $1,000 my and the royals pups wins." Crowley said. "To protect Persephone, Mae, and I Cerberus will." Pa said. We were now in an alleyway. "Yeah. I'm sure pestilence will be there. Thanks." Brady said handing the paper to Crowley. "What do you think?" Ricky asked. "It's good. You got no reason to lie, have you? Like I said before, you're in my boat now." Crowley said. "You've screwed me --for eternity." Brady said. "Nah. Won't last that long. Trust me." I said. "Where are you going?" Brady asked. "I'm going to do you a favor. I expect we'll be in touch." Crowley said since Dean made a salt line between Brady and Sam. I let Crowley out and reclosed it and Sam looked at Brady. "What is this?" Brady asked. "All those angels, all those demons, all those sons of bitches --They just don't get it, do they, Sammy?" Dean asked. "No, they don't, Dean." Sam said. "You see, Brady... We're the ones you should be afraid of." Kara said. "I bet this is a real moment for you, big boy. Gonna make you feel all better?" Brady asked Sam. "It's a start." Sam said. "Gonna make up for all the times that we yanked your chain --Yellow eyes, Ruby, me? But it wasn't all our fault, was it? No, no, no, no. You're the one who trusted us. You're the one who let us into your life, let us whisper in your ear over and over and over again. Ever wonder why that is, Sammy? Ever wonder why we were so in your blind spot? Maybe it's because we got the same stuff in our veins and, deep down, you know you're just like us. Aaah! Maybe you hate us so much because you hate what you see every time you look in the mirror. You ever think of that?! maybe the only difference between you and a demon... is your hell is right here." Brady said and Ricky stabbed Brady. "No one makes fun of my Grumpy Moose but me." Ricky said. "Damn Ricky." I said as Cerberus barked and ran up to me. "Hey Buddy." I said petting him.
Evelyn's POV
I was cleaning up with Reece. "Yea, I followed up. Nasty omens, but none of it's Death with a capital "d." Well, just give me a ring if it turns into anything. And, Rufus... You watch your ass out there." Bobby said. "Chin up. Cavalry's arrived." I heard a male voice. I turned and saw Fergus my older brother or Crowley as everyone now knows him. "Brother." I said. "Evelyn, beautiful as ever." Crowley said looking like I was the devil spawn. "Get out of here." Reece and Bobby said cocking a gun. "Charming. That won't work on me. Name's Crowley. Maybe you've..." Crowley said. "You're Crowley, good witch's older brother?" Bobby asked. "Huh you two don't look alike." Reece said. "That's a good thing." I said. "In the flesh-- of a man who wanted more down there." Crowley said. "Gross." Reece and I said, Bobby shot him. "Aah! I see you have heard of me. I liked this suit." Crowley said. "What are you doing here?" I asked. "Looking out for myself." Crowley said. "Meaning...?" Bobby asked. "The merry band of hunters are on to ring number 3, but we still need number 4. I'm here to help." Crowley said. "You know where Death is?" Reece asked. "No. Haven't the foggiest." Crowley said. "Well, then get the hell off my property before I blast you so full of rock salt, you crap margaritas." Bobby said. "That's a mite unfriendly, seeing as I could be getting you Death's location in about the time it'd take you to reload." Crowley said. "You're just gonna chat some demons up and hope they don't recognize you?" I said. "God, no. That could get me killed. But there is this little spell that I know." Crowley said. "Well we have a witch right here to do that." Reece said. "I don't know the spell so let's hear him out." I said. "That so?" Bobby asked. "Results are 100% guaranteed." Crowley said. "Okay. Then why are you snake-oiling me?" Bobby asked. "Well, it's a little bit... embarrassing. There's this... technicality." Crowley said. "There's the catch." I said. "Uh-huh." Bobby said. "I need a little something to get the magic going." Crowley said. "And what's that?" Reece asked."Bobby makes a wish. I can give him anything he wants, mate -- Up to and including Death's coordinates. All I need is..." Crowley trailed off. "My soul." Bobby finished. "I've done more with less. Let's just say when they're getting their Grammys, they shouldn't all be thanking God. It's worth it, Bobby. Think." Crowley said. "Okay. Here's my counter." Bobby said shooting Crowley again. "Ow! Bloody hell! Feisty." Crowley said. "Get out." I said pissed. "I'll give it right back." Crowley said. "You think I'm a natural-born idjit?" Bobby asked. "Quite the contrary. Look, you're right to be suspicious. But I'm your ally. Enemy of my enemy and all that. I need the devil back in his stock. In fact, my delicate ass depends on it. I promise you --temporary loan. I'll give it... Right... Back." Crowley said. Reece and I sighed.
