requested by @shannon1300: "can you do an Eddie fic where you're siblings and hanging out one day when Pennywise comes to pay you both a visit?"
A/N: sorry this is short ______________________
Laughter fills Eddie's once silent room as we crack smiles from his stupid joke. You had only come into his room to ask a simple question but stayed for about an hour now with no intention of leaving soon.
"Eddie!" You gasped, "That's so crude. You've been hanging out with Richie too much."
Before your brother could defend himself, the front door suddenly slammed shut.
"Mom?" You called out, confused as to why she would leave her program on if she had left.
A deafening scream pierced its way through the entire house. You could see fear written all over Eddie's face as you both ran over to the bedroom door to open it.
The worst cast scenarios flooded your head as the door wasn't budging open against your pounding hands.
"Do you think it's IT?" Eddie's voice wavered at the thought.
The situation made perfect sense now that the demon clown could be behind the jammed door. IT had almost taken your life in the middle of the road a couple of days ago after you got together with the losers club and realised that everyone had gone through something similar.
The moment you got out of Eddie's room, your eyes met Pennywise's in the corner. Your focus stayed on him while you ran across the floor to meet your tied up mother, his creepy smile never leaving your head.
Eddie began frantically working on the ties around her arms while you dropped to the floor to work on her legs. You kept glancing back to make sure the clown stayed away and didn't hurt anyone.
You mother's screams had not died down and made it hard for you to concentrate on the task at hand. Once you got your mom's legs untied, you looked back to the corner and saw that he was gone.
When Eddie's arms flailed out to your arm for your attention, you turned to see that Pennywise had grabbed him by the neck.
"Y/N, help." Eddie struggled to get the words out.
He was slowly losing his breath and trying to kick Pennywise to get out of his arms.
"Ah, Y/N help," Pennywise taunted and opened his mouth to bite Eddie's hand.
Tears were streaming down your face at this time, and you searched around the room for what you could do. The only logical answer that came to mind was hitting him.
You ran up to him and started to punch him repeatedly while shouting for him to let go of Eddie. Pennywise grabbed your arm and pushed Eddie to the floor as he had fallen unconscious.
You gathered up all your strength and kicked Pennywise. He fell to the floor, and you ran to grab a bat that was in the closet.
Using the fact that Pennywise was still hurt against him, you bashed the bat into his head while screaming, "Leave us alone!"
Pennywise crawled out the front door while leaving a little red balloon in the corner as a reminder that he would never truly be gone. You fumbled with Eddie's fanny pack, trying to find his inhaler to help him regain consciousness.
You found the little red aspirator and placed it in his mouth. After you pumped it a few times, Eddie woke up with a coughing fit and tried to catch his breath.
He looked over at your with teary eyes and threw himself into your arms. You sat there holding him and carding your fingers through his hair to calm him down.
"I don't know what I would've done without you," You admitted to him.
"I love you so much," He whispered through his tears.
A clearing of the voice broke the two siblings apart as they realised that they didn't finish untying their mother.
In most situations, she would've freaked out about anything happening to her precious favourite child, but it seemed like Pennywise had done something to her brain.
You helped Eddie with the ties around her hands and went into your room.
Not even a second later Eddie was standing at your doorframe, "Could I sleep here tonight? I don't think I'll be able to sleep alone."
"Of course," You put on a movie so that his mind could focus on something other than what happened minutes ago.
"Y/N," You turned your head to face him, "Seriously, thank you for saving me."
