"Are you sure about this?"

Jaeden asked me for about the tenth time today.

"Jae, I'm almost done okay?"

I started to mess with his hair to see if the length in the back was alright while Jaeden started to lean towards my touch letting out some soft sounds.

"Perfect, I'm done back here. Just let me get the hair off your neck."

I slowly lowered myself to his neck and started to lightly blow. I heard him let out a shaky breath and a smirk etched its way onto my face.

I walked to the front of him to catch a small look of pleasure that then turned serious when he saw me.

I softly grabbed the sides of his face and pulled on his hair checking to see if it was even.

"W-what are you doing?"

"Just making sure that it's even"

"Okay"

I then set my glaze on his eyes which then shifted down to his lips. I memorized how his face looked, longing to know how his lips felt.

Both of us started to move closer together to were I could feel his breath. I was so close to closing the gap but jumped back when my phone started to ring.

I let out a small breath and stood up answering my phone.

"Hey, mom. Yeah, I'm just leaving now, see you soon."

I hung up the phone and told Jae that I had to get home and awkwardly left.

Once I was in the hallway, I thought over my decisions and knew what I had to do.

Quickly I turned back around and knocked on his door practically shaking thinking of what I was about to do. Jaeden opened the door with a confused look crossing his face in the process.

"What are you doing here?"

"Um, I forgot something."

"Oh, what'd you forget?"

"This."

I grabbed the sides of his face and pulled him towards me in a sense of urgency and neediness placing my lips against his. I pulled away first rethinking my decision, but not a moment later he placed his lips back on mine reassuringly.

We both smiled into the kiss until I remembered that I had to get home. I pulled away breathing in the fresh air and shortly nodded towards him.

"O-okay, I'll see you later." I said stumbling over my words.

"Yeah, see you later." He replied with a light blush covering his cheeks.

Though I had already turned to leave again, I could still hear him whisper to himself.

"Best haircut ever."
