Lily felt herself being shaken awake, and immediately punched whoever it was in the face, not thinking properly. She had quickly gone back to her non-morning person ways, after the first day of seeing Lockheart pranked. She heard a groan of pain and blinked groggily. Her eyes landed on Angelina Johnson, who was in her quidditch robes and clutching her already swelling eye.

"Oh! Sorry, Angelina! Do we have practice?" Angelina nodded,

"It's alright, but yeah, we have to go or we'll be late. Don't spend an hour on your hair, you can do it after quidditch practice." Lily nodded grumpily and pulled on her quidditch robes, before following Angelina out to the pitch. When they entered the locker rooms, everyone gasped, and Lily practically collapsed onto the bench next to Harry while everyone asked Angie about her eye.

"Let's just say, you don't want to be the one to wake up Lily here." she said, and the whole team turned to look at Lily who muttered,

"I said I was sorry! Everyone knows I hate mornings," then, she was out like a light.

A while later, Harry shook her awake. Apparently Wood had been droning for hours about new plays. Lily just glanced at the boards and they were committed to her memory. Lily was much more awake now, after a couple more hours of sleep. She mounted her broom, and kicked off.

Soon afterwards, the Slytherin team came and Dracula turned out to be their new seeker. Lily had scoffed at that, and then Dracula called Hermione a mud-blood. People managed to hold Ron and the twins back, Lily guessed they had already forgotten about Angelina's swollen face because no one grabbed her. Lily called out to Dracula sweetly,

"Dracula, you've got a little something on your face. Let me get it for you." Then she punched him straight in the face. She smirked, soon he would be matching with Angie. Then she frowned and turned back to the older girl. She pulled out her wand and muttered under her breath, within seconds her face was fully healed. The older girl grinned broadly at her,

"Thanks Lily!" Lily smiled,

"No problem Angie, I just couldn't bear the thought of you and Dracula being matching," Angie beamed at her, before going over to Wood. Lily trudged back into the locker rooms, and emerged two hours later, looking happy, and with her hair done. She was now dressed in her combat boots, which one of stored her wand, black jeans, and a camouflage green jumper. She suddenly had an idea and raced up to the school where Teddy was already waiting for her. She caught her breath and gasped out,

"Shadow, we so have to learn to apparate! In the room of requirement, that place can do anything." Teddy's eyes widened, before filling with excitement. He nodded and they both took off for the room of requirement.

They reached it and found it was almost an exact replica of the Great Hall, except there were no house tables, there were a couple of wooden hoops on the floor, and loads of books on apparating. She exchanged a grin with Teddy before starting to read about apparation. She found out there was a lot more to apparation than she thought. The main part of it was the three D's. Destination, Determination, and Deliberation. She basically would have to picture where she wanted to go very clearly and turn on her heel.

Hours later, she knew everything there was to know about apparation, and was ready to give it a go. She turned to Teddy and said,

"Okay Shadow, I'm going to give it a go. If I disappear, don't go to Minnie until at least tomorrow morning if I'm not back by then. Just give it a go yourself and see where you end up." Teddy nodded and gave her a hug.

Lily walked over to the center of the room and turned on her heel. Nothing happened, so she let Teddy try. Nothing happened to him either. They both took multiple more tries and Lily was getting rather annoyed by the lack of anything. She huffed in annoyance and turned on her heel. Suddenly she felt as though she were being sucked though a tube. She appeared on the other side of the room and promptly threw up. At least it was the room on requirement so there was a bucket exactly where she was standing. When she was sone heaving her guts up, the bucket disappeared and she got to her feet grinning,

"I did it! I actually did it!" Teddy grinned too and they did a little happy dance. She sat down in an armchair and watched Teddy spin on his heel for the upteenth time. This time was different however, because he too appeared on the other side of the room with a large crack. He also promptly heaved his guts up for a solid ten minutes. They both did another happy dance, and each tried again.

After a couple more times, they were both getting rather good at apparating and had stopped throwing up after their second times. Lily turned to Teddy smirking with a glint in her eyes,

"I have an idea," she announced. Teddy smirked and raised an eyebrow,

"And what idea might that be?"

"I am going to try apparating out of this room. Out of Hogwarts. I'm not entirely sure where, but I guess I'll have to see." Teddy looked somewhat worried,

"Are you sure Flame?" Lily smiled genuinely,

"Yup! Same thing as the first time, exept tomorrow night. If I'm not back by eight pm tomorrow, then go to Minnie." Teddy smiled, and gave her a huge hug, nocking the breath out of her.

"...Shadow...Can't...Breath..." He immediately let go, looking apologetic.

"Good Luck Flamie," he whispered. Lily gave him a small smile, before turning on her heel and disappearing with a crack.
