Lily woke up quite suddenly, and looked around. She was still in the Chamber of Secrets, but the Basilisk was dead, she felt horrible about that, she had liked that snake when she met it. Ginny also appeared to have just woken up, and Harry was sitting next to them, still holding a basilisk fang covered in blood and ink. Lily glanced down, and noticed that Tommy's diary had been stabbed. The sword of Gryffindor was also sitting next to Harry, making her wonder exactly what happened while she was out.

"Er-what exactly happened Harold?" She asked incredulously. Harry smiled at her and explained exactly what happened. When he was done, Lily smacked her forehead,

"Why'd he have to put me to sleep! I wanted to help." Harry rolled his eyes,

"I'm pretty sure that's exactly why he put you to sleep." Lily grinned sheepishly,

"Right. Shall we go find Shadow. I'm still mad at your bestie, so I would like to find mine." Harry nodded,

"Right, why are you mad at him again?"

"You were there!" She exclaimed.

"Oh right. The werewolf thing." Lily nodded and linked her arm through Ginny's who was silently crying.

"Ginny Weasley. You are completely fine. I am completely fine. Harry is completely fine. Everyone is completely fine, except for Lockgit and that was his own fault. My point is, we are all okay, there's no need to cry." Ginny nodded tearfully, and threw her arms around Lily's waist, who laughed and hugged her back.

They walked for a while before the sound of shifting rock met their ears. A grin spread over Lily's face as she heard Teddy still talking to Lockgit and telling him stupid things.

"SHADOW!" She yelled, and heard the response of,

"FLAME!" She grinned and dragged Ginny over to the hole they had managed to form. She helped Ginny through first, before climbing over herself. She flung herself into Teddy's arms and he happily laughed and hugged her.

As they walked toward the entrance, Lily and Harry told them about everything that happened within the chamber. When they reached the same slide like tunnel as before, they all grabbed onto Fawkes' tail feathers, and he carried them back up to the bathroom.

"Are my eyes back to grey yet?" Lily asked randomly as they followed Fawkes.

"Yep, they still have the ring from before though." Teddy said from his place next to her. She smiled, Lily had grown to like the gold ring in her eyes.

They reached Minnie's office, and Harry knocked before pushing open the door.

Inside, Dumbleduck and Minnie were standing by the fireplace, while Arthur and Molly Weasley were sitting in chairs crying. When Molly say Ginny, she leapt to her feet, and cried,

"Ginny!" Mr. and Mrs. Weasley pulled Ginny into a huge hug, while Minnie hurried over to Lily and Teddy.

"Oh, are you alright?" She asked fussily, checking them for injuries. Lily smiled softly and hugged her favorite professor, who hugged her back, and pulled Teddy in too.

"We're okay Minnie." She said softly. Lily smiled faintly as Harry told the professors about what happened in the chamber. When he got to the part where Lily appeared, he hesitated and glanced at Lily uncertainly. Lily just looked at Dumbleduck and played with the necklace he had given her. His eyes caught on it, and he beamed,

"So it worked then, did it?" He asked, making Lily grin and nod,

"Yep." She said simply, confusing everyone other than Teddy, as she tucked the necklace back under her shirt. She listened as Harry described everything else that happened, and had to stifle a laugh as she heard his voice growing hoarse. She did wave her wand, and give him a glass of water, which he drank gratefully. Everyone other than Harry, Ron whom Lily had still not forgiven, Teddy and Lily. She grinned as they were each awarded Awards for Special Services to the School, and it widened as Dumbleduck turned to Lockgit.

"But one of us seems to be keeping mightily quiet about this dangerous adventure. Why so modest Gilderoy?" Lockgit looked up in confusion,

"Are you talking to me? My name isn't Gilderoy. Its Ima Fraud." Lily and Teddy struggled to keep their faces straight, but tears of mirth were streaming down their cheeks.

"I expect this was your doing, Mr. Walters, Miss Black?" They collapsed into fits of laughter, and even Dumbleduck looked rather amused. He sent Ron and Teddy out and talked to Harry for a bit, before turning to Lily curiously,

"It it true that you too are a parseltongue?" Lily flushed,

"Er-yes. There have been two other Black family members in history that have been. I'm the third, we're very distantly related to Slytherin." Dumbleduck surveyed her in interest.

"Interesting. I take it Tom Riddle was surprised as well?" Lily grinned,

"Quite surprised to say the least." Dumbleduck chuckled.

Lily and Harry were about to leave, when the door blasted open and Uncle Lucy strode in. Lily completely ignored whatever it was they were talking about, and started doing breathing exercises so that her magic wouldn't lash out at him. She positively despised him. Even more so after he had gotten Dumbleduck suspended.

She followed Harry as he followed Uncle Lucy, and grinned when he set Dobby free. Lily adored house-elves. They went down to the great hall and joined in the impromptu feast. The best parts were when Hermione came running into the feast screaming,

"You solved it!" and when Hagrid came at half past three. It was a great night, and Lily and Teddy even managed to get a prank in. They turned the hundreds of candles into balloons that let out air and flew around making obnoxious noises. They had a lot of fun

The rest of term passed quickly, and before they knew it they were on the train home. Lily was going to be spending the first half of the summer (minus the full moons) with Charlie in Romania to work with the dragons, and she was spending the rest of the summer with the Walters. When the train pulled into the station, Lily and Teddy had their over-dramatic goodbyes, before Lily turned on her heel and disapperated.

She appeared in front of Charlie's door, which she threw open and shrieked,

"I"M BACK!"
