Greenland agrees to become Antarctica's friend/helper to keep the continent's climate-changing powers under control. Greenland will find that friendship can be found in the strangest of places, especially the ones that last.

OF COURSE I DIDN'T KNOW HE WAS MUTE!
"Bu-But the video, he spoke in the video." Greenland stuttered.
"Yeahhhh about that," America began, "It was pre-recorded, 6 months ago," He said, taking a sip of his coffee to break away from Greenland's stare of bewilderment.
Greenland's mouth fell.
America sighed.
"When we first planned to show that video, it was to introduce Tica to these meetings so he could be a part of them," America explained. "But those bastards working under UN said that since he was a Continent and not a country he has no business being a part of the meetings, so they threw it out." America hissed.
"Then, 3 months before the meeting, we had an accident, and this one was the worst we ever had." America said, pausing for a bit."The thing about Tica is that his powers are instinct-based, if someone comes running towards him, no matter the person, his instincts will kick in and he will fight back." America said, "He doesn't mean to hurt any of us, he's just not in control of what he'll do when it happens nor is he in control of who it affects."

"But how did Tica go mute?" Greenland asked.
America sighed, murmuring something under his breath.
Greenland immediately felt nervous.
"Well, I was about to say why-" America grumbled.
"Lay off Ame, he doesn't need a college essay on what happened." Japan butted in as he sipped his tea at the counter."3 months before the meeting Tica's powers went on a rampage, he injured a few scientists working nearby, obliterated a base, and when he used what we call 'frost air', where he creates tiny ice particles in the air that when inhaled the ice starts to spread in your lungs, suffocating you, Tica inhaled it," Japan explained.
"Hey, I was getting to that part!" America yelled.
"Yeah well, you were talking too long. Tica was able to be saved, but his vocal cords were extremely damaged and couldn't be salvaged." Japan continued.
Greenland was mortified.
He really did all those things... And I'm going to have to spend a week with him...
Japan and America looked at him, they could see the fear in his eyes.
"Hey, Greenland," Japan said, pulling Greenland back to reality.
"Yes?" Greenland said, shaken.
He knew that Tica had powers, but he didn't think that he was that dangerous.
"Your hands are shaking, are you okay?" Japan asked.
