It was in the middle of her busy shooting days of her new movie when she got a nice surprise call. A call from her favorite writer KES.

"Hello KES-sshi, how's life? What a very pleasant surprise for me that you call. Must be something really important to tell me" KGE greeted and teased KES cheerfully. As she knew that KES wasn't someone who would call you out of the blue without any important things to share or to discuss.

"GoEun-sshi, life is always beautiful and interesting. As I know that you are having fun with your new movie right now." said KES with the same cheerfulness.

"I am really having fun KES-sshi. Thank you. How may I help you?" KGE asked KES with a smile on her face.

"You really know when to ask good question, GoEun-sshi. I decided to call you personally, though I have already talked to BH the other day. I need your help for sure, big time help, and it's only You who can help me." with that clue, KGE knew that KES was really serious and she would want her not to reject any of whatever it is that she was about to ask her.

"Oh my, whatever it is, I do hope that I really could be the right help for you, KES-sshi." KGE sincerely told KES her hope, for she knew whatever drama KES was prepared, it would be something really huge and never in the same level as before.

A flash of memory about her Goblin days came to her mind. How she and KES done their best to make her character and the story bloomed beyond expectations. And they did. They did it superbly. She never stop feeling so blessed and thankful for the great chance KES had given her in her amazing drama. And she was really curious about what she would offer to her right now. Would it be another season of her Goblin story? If it was, then she would love to join the production. That was for sure. KGE smiled at the probability.

"You Are the right help I need, GoEun-sshi. I wrote this new drama with the thoughts of you as one of the main actors." KES paused at that, she wanted KGE to analyze and pay attention to what she was about to say after. KGE didn't say anything but kept listening.

"It's another fantasy drama. You won't find any story like this before. I promise you that  it would be very interesting yet so refreshing for an actor like you." KES paused again, but KGE still didn't say anything, she was waiting for the most important part of this news, whether she'd be KES leading Lady or her villain. She would keep her curiosity till the end. Although KES already told her that she would be one of the main actors. But, KES always got something beyond anyone's imaginations and expectations. And it wasn't another new season for Goblin for sure.
KES could sense KGE's curiosity, and that made her even more eager to fill her with the half truth.

"I wrote this character just for you, and only you who could play her perfectly." KES paused again. Waiting for KGE to question her with more details.

"Whoa,, KES-sshi, you really know how to make me want to know more,, hahaha" KGE couldn't keep her laugh as she knew KES really wanted to make her curious. And she was definitely succeeded. "Now, would you mind tell me quickly what is it, before I change my mind?" KGE gave KES her threatening voice which only made KES laughing.

"Okay GoEun-sshi, I'm not gonna waste your time, as I know you are now in the middle of your works. Well, you'd be a detective in this drama. A character you had never played before. A heroine who falls in love with the King from another universe." There KES paused when she heard KGE's exciting shriek.

" Wow, A KING? And he's from another universe? " KGE couldn't hide her excitement. " Whoa,, you really are something special, jagganim!" KGE sincerely praised KES as she believed that this story should be really interesting and she could feel her skin prickling with goosebumps.

She didn't know why she felt that this new drama would lead her to something really important. Although she always think that any projects that was given to her was always important. But this drama has something different, she could feel it in her guts. She sensed that KES kept her own excitement as she heard her cracked shriek in shouting the word "King".

"Let me finish the informations first, will you my dear?" KES couldn't stop her laugh. "Yes, you will fall in love with the King. But that's not what I need as a huge help from you, GoEun-sshi. It would be too easy for you to play the character and play in love with the King." KES proceeded. "you will play double role, two different characters at a time."

At that new information, KGE really felt that she had already taken the offer. KGE always made sure that she took new different roles as a challenge and she always knew what kind of challenge she needed. And this double roles was one of those rare challenge she could ever have. And it came from KES. The one and only KES, the legendary writer.

"Oh my God, KES-sshi. Two characters at a time? That is really interesting! And you think it's only me who could play those two characters for you? That's just really a great appreciation and praise coming from you, jagganim. You really are an angel. How would I say no to this wonderful opportunity?" KGE said with a heartily excited voice.

"Seriously, GoEun-sshi? You really would take my offer? You'd play my two characters for this drama?" KES asked her without pausing from one question to another. Which made KGE laughed loudly.

"Ye, jagganim,, KES-sshi,, I would love to play your two new characters in your new drama. I'm so honored and flattered by your kindness and this huge apportunity." KGE answered KES questions with her convincing sound.
And that made the two of them exchanged laugh, giggles and excitements over the plans and any of  probable outcomes from their new drama.

KES told KGE how happy she was with her acceptance. Before they said goodbye, KES told KGE the last but not least important part of the news.

"GoEun-sshi, I have to tell you that I always have this dream ever since I chose you to play Ji Eun Tak. I always dream about pairing a Chungmuro with a Hallyu in my next project. But, I have to make sure first, whether this specific Hallyu star would accept my challenge or not. Would you keep our conversations today as our secret? I will let you know when our King has confirmed to join. Then we can tell the world after".

"KES-sshi, you are always full of ideas and surprises. May I know who is this our Hallyu star you are talking about?" KGE couldn't stop herself from asking KES of who would play along with her and be her King. She really need to know who, so she could prepare herself with important details needed about her colleague to be.

"As I told you, GoEun-sshi, I need to make sure  he would take my offer first. I just need a day to confirm. Would you wait for that?" KES made this statement as her closing. KGE couldn't do any other way than accepted KES request and wait for the up dates.

And after that long conversation and wonderful offer, KGE went back to her shootings.

The thought of KES's dream of a Chungmuro star pairing with a Hallyu star made her smile. This wouldn't be the first time she played with a Hallyu star anyway. But she sensed that this time, whoever this Hallyu star would be, he surely was someone very important to KES. And she really would love to find out soon.

This new drama had already made her curious and excited. It was, even long before she read the script. She couldn't wait for tomorrow's news. She would know her King's name. And the thought of it made her happy.
