"You don't have soju, no wine, no beer, nothing!! I should've known better." LYJ  complained at her sulking brother who sat quietly on the sofa with a bottle of gin tonic in his hand.

"Meomchwo, Noona. You know I don't drink. You can't complain!" he lazily told her to stop complaining. He was too exhausted also. It wasn't his body that was exhausted though. He exhaled heavily.

"MinHo-yah.. It's not the end of the world that you couldn't see her there. You can go to her place now, if you want to, right?" LYJ sat on the poof in front of him. She was trying her best to cheer him up since she asked him to leave before the fireworks. She sighed.

"It's not that, Noona. I'm fine with that.. I don't know. I think I just have to make my self get used to it. It's only the beginning. We still have so many obstacles in front of us. I just hope that we both can survive." his mind was wandering around to the uncertainty of the future.

"You both will be fine as long as you got each other, trust each other and support each other. I don't think anything could come in between. Just stay alert, Dongsaeng. You've been more than 14 years in this business. You know the deal. And you've been in love before.." her voice sounded unsure at her last words, because she knew that this time was completely different for him. She sighed and said,

"I know it's different now. I can see that clearly. Just because I see it, I know that this time everything should be prepared and arranged more carefully." she tried to read LMH's face.

"Arasseo, Noona. I know, I need to be very careful. I don't want to jeopardize anything. Not my career, not her career, and especially not our relationship. Don't worry, I always take things slowly, anyway." he curved a little smile at the corner of his lips. But the smile didn't reach his eyes.

LMH was too dejected with all the circumstances and all the possibilities that might come ahead. Indeed he once were in a serious relationship. He wouldn't deny it. He even made a decision to get engaged. He proposed. But things gone to the unexpected ending.

Was he broken?
Oh yes he was..
Broken hearted and hated the world
He hated all the reason why
Why he had to lose her
That was one of his lowest point
When dreams were shattered
And that 'Love' was evanesced
It was hurt
Of course it was
But he stood tall
He survived and healed too fast
That was one of his best
Healed fast.. Way too fast
With all the errands and stuffs
He smiled again like nothing happened
But now...
He was broken even before any of those things might had happened
He wondered
But he knew what he wanted
He didn't want any of that to ever happened to this Love
Yet, he was aching right now
He was sad
Dejected
Scared

LMH sighed.

"Noona.. Thank you for everything. But let me tell you something before things are getting harder. I will do everything to protect her. I won't lie to you, that somehow I already have something in my mind of how I will handle us, I and her. I just need you to support me, trust me, and don't ever step in my way. Promise me that you will let me do my way. What ever it is in the near future. Always. Just stay on my side." he was stopping there for LYJ to take her time digesting his words. Then he continued saying,

"This is about me. I'm a man with all the integrity and responsibility just like you've once told me. She is my responsibility. And I'm the only person who has so much right to make things happen the way we want them to be." LMH eyes never left hers." 

LYJ saw determination in his eyes and his voice was unyieldingly refuse arguments. Her brother was completely all man. She got the chill in her blood hearing him like that. He was a real man right now. He wasn't her little spoiled baby brother who would always follow her suggestion or exhortation anymore. He had grown wiser and stronger. She lost the time of when her baby brother started to be this gallantly matured. She was utterly proud of this man. She smiled.
