Its a month later, I wake up and get ready for school. I put on sweats and a crop top, I do light make up consisting of consular, blush, mascara and eyeliner. I quickly have some breakfast before the boys get to our dorm. We walk to maths together and I sit next to Payton like usual. He doesn't pay attention because he's texting someone on his phone, I cant see who.

"What are we doing" he asks when he finally puts his phone away

"These questions" I say pointing to the work in the book

"Since when does Kaden know what we're doing and Payton doesn't" Jordan says and I roll my eyes

"Weird, thought I would never see that day" Liam says

"Shut up" I say

The lesson goes by slowly. Then its onto double English, still hate this lesson and I would still happily run Mr Morgan over with a bus. I get to class before Payton who is late. Which isn't normal for him. Payton doesn't talk to me for the entire first hour, we get a five minute break between the hours but he's to busy on his phone to even notice me.

"What you doing" I ask him

"Texting someone" he says bluntly

"Who" I ask

"No one, what's with all the questions" he says sounding annoyed

"I asked like two questions, what's wrong with you" I say

"Nothing jeez" he says before Mr Morgan starts teaching again.

I don't pay much attention and write down very little notes. Something seems off with Payton but he already seems upset and I dont want to make that worse.

"Don't forget your presentations are due tomorrow" Mr Morgan  says as we pack away 'what presentation'

Payton leaves without me, I go to where we normally hangout at break. Everyone is there apart for Payton, I get something to eat before sitting down. Payton eventually joins us and it seems like nothing is wrong.

"Payton I was thinking that we could go get dinner and chill at mine after school" I say

"I can't I'm busy, don't you have to go see Samantha anyway" he says

"Yeah but we could of after, why can't you" I ask

"Have to make the English presentation with Loren" he says getting up

"But she's not even in our English..." I trail off as he walks away

I have no other classes with Payton today. I walk with Liam to my next lesson, we sit down and wait for the teacher like usual. She talks for a while before setting us a task that we get on with. The class talks wile they work.

"Do you know what's up with Payton" I ask Liam

"What do you mean" he asks

"He's acting off" I say

"No he's not, he's fine" Liam says

I nod and carry on with my work, we talk wile we work but I can't stoop thinking about Payton. My next lesson is with Jordan and he says the same thing. Lunch rolls around and I can't find Payton anywhere. I text him but he airs me, I let it slide and go to class. After class I go to Samantha's office.

"How was your day today" she asks as I sit down

"Really weird, everything seems off and Paytons not acting right and he won't tell me anything. He normally tells me everything" I says

"Its probably all in your head" she says 'what great advise'

"Probably" I sat knowing it isn't

"Anything else happen" she asks and I shake my head "How about you dad what going on with that" she asks

"I don't know, last I heard there was a restraining order being put in place but I dont know" I say

I talk about small things that have happened during the day and over the past week. It feels like forever but eventually the two hours is up and the session ends. I get back to my dorm and there's a note saying the girls at the boys dorm. I go to my room and do some homework. then I get a call from Esther.

"Hey" she says as her face fills the screen.

"Where are you" I ask as I set my phone up and carry on doing my homework.

"At home where else would I be" she says

"Rehab" I say "When did you get out" I ask

"A few days ago" she says "What are you doing" she asks

"Homework. How fun right" I say sarcastically

"I thought you were going out with Payton" she says 'I never told her that' I shake off the thought

"I was supposed to but he's doing the English project with Loren" I say

"Isn't she the really pretty popular brunette girl" she asks and I nod "I'd hit that" she says and I laugh

"Esther your straight" I laugh

"I know but I'd still hit, like damn. Payton always said he's into brunettes" she says 'weird I'm blond' I shrug that off as well.

We talk for a bit until I finish my homework then I hang up. The girls still aren't back yet and I'm hungry. Paytons been acting off al day so I go get him his favourite food to cheer him up, on the way I get a text saying they are at out dorm. I get back to school and go to Paytons dorm, its been three hours they have to be done by now. I get the spare key to his room that I have all of a sudden.

"Baby I brought food" I say walking in. I look up and see Loren and Payton making out on the sofa, he didn't seem to hear me the first time so I slam the door shut "PAYTON" I shout

"Kaden" he says confused "What are you doing here I said I would be busy" he says

"Seriously, that's it that all you've got to say" I say and he looks at me blankly "Your an asshole" I say leaving.

I go back to my dorm and no one is there. I go to my room and cry, I ignore every call and every text I get. I eventually calm down and facetime Esther.

"Hey, omg what's wrong" she asks immediately noticing my red eyes

"He cheated on me" I choke out "With Lauren" I say

"But didn't you do the sake with Kai" she says

"No" I say defensively "He had his tongue down her through and I pushed Kai back" I say starting to cry again and I hang up before she can say anything else.

'what the fuck am I doing crying, I dont cry' After the second round of crying I get in the shower hoping to feel better after, I don't. I go to my room and get ready for bed. I get in bed, I lay there and just think. I end up crying myself to sleep.

He couldn't have done that, he wouldn't. It's not real, is it?
