Chapter 8

Where my little girl kneeled now laid a big brown wolf with big eyes just staring at me. Im not proud to say what i did next as the nurse side of me but i whispered werewolf and then fucking fainted. I fainted the fucking  nurse who has seen just about every horrible and disgusting thing possible fucking fainted. I woke up to something cold touching the side of my face Blinking a bit to peer up into the face of a wolf only for everything before to come crashing back down that the beautiful werewolf before me was my daughter. with shaking hands i rubbed the top of her head. " Come on Amara we need to get back to the car and get home. Ok now once we get home we will have to figure out how to get you back to the other version of you."  After finally making it back to the car and figuring hot to fit her in it. We started driving back home it wasn't even a five minute drive back. when i looked at the house I noticed pairs of glowing eyes out in the woods behind the house. Amara start to growl from the backseat which made my whole car start shaking.  i immediately put my hand on her muzzle to shush her and looked deep into her eyes "head for the root cellar as soon as we get out do not stop for anything understand ill be right behind you." I reached into the glove box and pulled out the hand gun checked to make sure it was loaded and the safety was off " remember no matter what happens you need to get in that cellar you will be safe there ok. I don;t know anything about your kind but i think the last time i ever heard from one they wanted you dead and thats not happening ok." She nodded and gets ready to run as soon as i open the door. "just remember Momma loves you baby." She whines and nods back to me i hopped out the car opened her door and we were off. She ran like a freaking bolt towards that cellar two wolves jumped out to try and block her path i put a bullet in them both. And now i know regular bullets dont kill them but it sure as hell slows them down. Keeping my focus on making sure she reaches the cellar i run as hard as i can trying to keep the others away from her. When one ends up tacking her down I do the only thing that i can think of i jumped on it. I grabbed the bastard by his ears and pulled like i was in a rodeo. Lets just say it didnt like it one bit it whimpered out in pain I looked up to see she had made it by the cellar. I knew even as a wolf she would be able to pull the door closed by the rope she couldn't lock it but the couldn't get in in their current forms. I locked eyes with her and mouthed the words go inside do it. she looked at me with such fear and sadness " Close the damn door Amara do it now!" with that she turned around grabbing the rope with her teeth and pulling the door closed behind her.  i turned to face the wolves  it was just me and them now,  "Youll have to kill me before i ever let you get to her. I don't know how you found me this time but im not running like last time." The wolves all looked at each other before a massive fucking wolf stepped forth. Youre the leader i pointed the gun at his head. I know what you did to her mother an i"ll be damed if you do the same thing to my little girl. I know this wont kill you but it may weaken you enough so that i can try.  The wolf took a step back before going into the woods i heard the sounds of bones breaking before a man waled back out with shorts and a shirt on. He held up his hands as he walked towards me when he started to get to close for my comfort i shot a warning at his feet. "stay there now talk how did you find us Huh !!"  "im not the person who your running from we are all from here. We don't mean you any harm we are just here because we felt a wolf in our territory and came to investigate when reliazed it was you but. By then you two where already ready for war." He looked at me calmly I nodded at him "how did you shift back? " i asked him while not taking my eyes off him i slowly backed towards the cellar door motioning him to come a little closer as i do so i can hear him when he tells me. When my back hits the cellar door i quickly do the knock to signal its me. Then pull the door open " She has to remember what she looks like as a human  and she will turn back." I nodded and looked down at Amara still hiding behind the door and pointed at the clothes folded in the storage bag on the shelf for her she nodded and i closed the door more to offer her privacy.  " So why did you come to investigate you already knew we where here im guessing so why now decide to show up? Why not when she was turned or anytime before that why now?" I looked at him expectantly and impatiently waiting for an answer.  He nodded his head towards the cellar as to say he was waiting on her. I nodded and we waited for her to turn back and get dressed five minutes later out she came. She had bags under her eyes from the lack of sleep last night i pulled her towards me to check her over to make sure she wasn't hurt then pulled her into a hug i kissed her forehead.  HE cleared his throat waiting on us to turn to him once we did he started speaking. "As you have found out Amara is a werewolf she will have the need to shift every once a week or more. And depending on her born rank she may have aggression problems though if im right on what i think she is she more likely gonna have them. Now we want to know who you thought we were cause that very well can cause a war for us with you two being on our land. and you said something about her mother are you not her mom?"

I told him everything from the day at the hospital to what happened on her adoption day. To the break in and letter left in my house. Some of the wolves looked sad to here what I said other looked pissed
