Chasing Fintry

Chapter 24- She totally wanted it

I walked into my class the next morning with Wyatt. I laughed as he told me a joke about Tony Romo. We walked over to our desk and sat down there was a good fifteen minutes before class started. I pulled out my phone and started playing let it goat. A few minutes later Wyatt poked me "Babe there is a new guy staring at you like the last Red Lobster cheese roll." I giggled and looked over I felt my stomach drop as I saw Carter standing with Chance. "He didn't." I whispered. "Please you have to hide me or something, that guy, that animal tried to rape me." I said looking at Wyatt. I saw the anger in his eyes, he turned around standing up. "Wyatt, sit." He looked back at me then sat down. I saw Carter start this way.

"Looks like you have this guy under your spell too." Carter said smirking leaning on the desk. I shook my head and turned away, trying to keep my breakfast down. I heard Wyatt speak up. "What are you friends with the guy that cheated on her." I saw Wyatt clenching his fist beside his body. "Nope, hes my step brother, and she had it coming I mean she only kisses nobody can make it to fourth base with her she to goody goody." I looked up and saw Carter smiling. Before I could say anything Wyatt walked around the desk and punched him in the face I heard the crunch and saw the blood pouring out of his nose.

I ran over to where they were rolling around on the floor and tried to pull them apart. I grabbed Wyatt as Chance grabbed Carter. "Office all four of you. Now." I winced as I saw the professor with rage filled eyes. We all got up Wyatt made me walk on the outside away from the boys. We walked in silence as we headed to the Dean's office. We all waited outside the office waiting to be called. "Fintry?" I looked up to see who was speaking. I saw Elliot, I stood up and he wrapped me in his arms. I looked up and pecked him on the lips. We pulled apart and I saw the others staring at us. "Hey man." He greeted Wyatt and bro hugged him. I raised my eyebrows in question. "We grew up together." I made an o shape with my mouth and nodded.

"So why are ya'll here?" Wyatt glared at Carter before speaking up. "This thing was talking crap about Fin and I kinda punched him and then we started fighting." He said smiling sheepishly and scratching the back of his neck. I saw the wheels starting turning in Elliot's head. "Wait that is the guy from the ice cream shop from the beach, the one who." He trailed off. I grabbed his arm. "Don't do anything stupid, please." He looked down at me and nodded. "Anyways why are you here?" He grinned. "My aunt is the dean and I have a a free period now so I usually help her out." He said lacing our hands. "Don't touch her." I heard a voice mumble.

I looked and saw Chance. I shook my head and looked back at Elliot and Wyatt. I heard the door open and a women who looked like Elliot's grandparents step out. "Fintry Woodley, Chance South, Carter Smith, And Wyatt Grey." We all walked in, Elliot still had a hold of my hand. "Hey aunt Karen." Elliot said grinning. "Hey sweetie, Wyatt do you remember me? I was the one who made you and Elliot cookies all the time durning the summer." Wyatt nodded his head. "Yes ma'am." She sat down at her desk. "Aunt Karen this is my girlfriend Fintry." He said grinning and kissed the top of my head. "Hi." I said grinning shyly.

She smiled at me. "ok lets get down to business, your professor said a fight broke out at the beginning of class. Apparently Wyatt and Carter were on the ground and Fintry and Chance where trying to pull you both apart. Is this true." she questioned. "yes ma'am." we mumbled.

"Fintry lets here your side of the story first." I nodded and cleared my throat. "Well I uhm." I stuttered. Elliot stood up and walked over to me. "Hey just breath." He whispered. I nodded. "When I was a junior in high school. Carter asked me out." The dean stopped me. "What does this have to do with today?" She said looking around. "Please just listen." Elliot begged. She sighed and nodded. "Uhm well one night we were at a party and he uhm said he had something to tell me upstairs." I said shakily. I grabbed my phone and I went on youtube. I pulled up the video and showed it to her. I saw her face twist in horror. "After that he tried to force me to have sex with him. Luckily my brother came and saved me but is in jail because no one believed me. I mean who would believe the nerd over the captain of the football team?" I said with a dry laugh. "Anyways Chance asked me out over the summer and we dated and he cheated. Apparently Carter transferred and he is in mine and Wyatt's class and he came in this morning and started talking about me and Wyatt snapped and punched him and that's when the trouble started." I saw the dean's mouth in clear shock.

"Let me get this straight. This boy nearly raped you?" I nodded and felt Elliot's grip on me tighten. " You poor dear, its ashame some people get away with horrible stuff like this." She said glaring at Carter. "Hey woah its not my fault, she totally wanted it." Wyatt and Elliot stood up at this remark. I grabbed their arms and made them sit down. "Your an animal, I was only with you because I mean you were every girls dream man, who wouldn't want to date you, but you were angry because I was probably the only girl to turn you down because I have morals." I spat. "Why you little bi-." The dean stood up. "There will be no foul language in my office." She yelled.

Carter glared at me before nodding at the dean. "Ok Wyatt your side of the story." The dean said sitting down smoothing her jacket. He nodded. "Well exactly what Fintry said he came in talking trash and I mean I just snapped." He said with a shrug. "Chance." She said nodding at him. "Well all I saw was the two boys rolling around on the floor so I tried to pull them apart." She sighed before looking at Carter and nodded. " Well like the little queen said we dated in high school, I mean she was a nerd and I was just trying to help her out some, which I did because man is she smoking now. Anyways I didn't rape her I mean all we were doing was making out."

"Yea its just making out when you rip off my dress and even though I told you to stop you didn't." I seethed.

He just shook his head. " Anyways I transferred here because I didn't like Duke and I wanted to be closer to home. Well when I saw Fintry I got kinda jealous and I tend to say stupid things around pretty girls." I rolled my eyes. "Then this guy just attacked me." The dean nodded. "Well I'll have to expell the two boys for a week and Fintry and Chance you both have two days detention." I nodded. "You all are dismissed beside Elliot, Wyatt and Fintry." I sat still and watch the two boys leave. "Wyatt that was a very brave thing you did but please remember to ignore things some times." He nodded. "Fintry sweetheart you have to show the police that video, it old but he maybe can go to jail for harassment."

"I'm scared to." I whispered. "Why honey, have those boys said something or touched you since then." I heard Elliot clear his throat but not say anything. "Elliot do you have something to say?" He nodded. "Lets see Carter made her have a panic attack the other day and oh yea Chance used to hit her." He said venom lacing his voice. I heard her gasp. "You really have been through alot haven't you?" I nodded. "Do you have any pictures of bruises from when he hit you?" I shook my head. "I do." Elliot spoke up again. He handed her his phone and she covered her mouth. "Oh sweetie. Elliot I swear if I ever hear of you doing this I will make sure momma and daddy dis own you." He nodded. "I wouldn't dare touch her she makes me happier than anyone else." I felt him kiss the top of my head. "I want one of you boys or your room mate with you at all times or almost all times. These boys can't keep hurting you thinking it is ok. If they do touch you again I want you to call the police my husband is the chief, if you call ask for Hunt, when he answers tell him you are Elliot's girlfriend, I will inform him on your situation so you won't have to explain."

Elliot gently rubbed my knuckles as she spoke. "Thank you so much Dean Hunt." I said greatfully. "Please dear call me Karen, your basically my niece." I smiled and looked up at Elliot who had turned 50 shades of red. "I'll write you two a note for the rest of the day and you three can go do whatever you want for the rest of the day, go to the mall, the zoo, you can even just hang out in your dorm, I just think Fintry deserves a break and Wyatt is suspended and I know my nephew he'll want to be with you." I smiled and stood up, as the dean mirrored my movements. "Come here dear." She said opening her arms and engulfing me in a hug. "Ok aunt I'm taking my girlfriend now." He said pulling me back. I laughed. Elliot and Wyatt hugged Karen before we walked out. "Thank ya'll, I honestly love you both so much, you guys make me so happy." I said wrapped an arm around both of their necks. They smiled side hugging me back. "So where are we going?" I asked. They looked at each other and smiled. "Bowling." the said in unison. "I think that Bailey and Ashton are skipping today. Lets invite them." I said as we walked to Elliot's car. "Already done." Elliot said climbing in the driver's side. I raced Wyatt for shot gun, I ended up winning. Elliot started the car it was surpisingly cold for a March day. When we started driving it was drizzling, by the time we reached the high way you really couldn't see that far ahead. We were about 10 minutes away from the bowling alley. I didn't think it was possible but the rain got heavier, you know the kind of rain that its so bad you think its gonna break the wind shield? It was that kind of rain. I was so lost in thought I didn't see the jeep coming right for Elliot and Wyatt's side.

Hey sorry it's late but I'm sick with the chicken pox I might update tommrow because I'm out of school until at least wensday so maybe tommrow so I hope y'all enjoyed. vote and comment.
