Follow the instructions.
Shampoo.
Rinse.
Repeat.
Cleansing the daily debris
and all there is to delete.
Rubbing to a lather
concentrating on the root,
rinsing then to wash away
all that's settled to pollute.
One more time
to just make sure,
your hair's all nice and clean;
squeaking in its natural state,
your head feels more serene.
You may add a little conditioner,
the next step recommends,
this time though
you concentrate

This brings you to the final rinse
and only softness left in place.
To soak up the excess moisture
you wrap a towel round your head space.
The feeling left is comforting
after you comb the tangles free.
Fresh and clean to start again
leaving behind what used to be.
