Zach's POV

I wake up and I feel around my bed for Jack, but he is gone. I sit up, pouting. I get up and get dressed. I walk out and find my phone on the counter with a note attached. 

Zach,

Hey handsome. I know I am sorry I wasn't there when you woke up. I'm sorry! Gabbie and Lav got home this morning so I had to go but I love you and I will talk to you laterrrrrr <3

-Jack 

I smile and text him. 

-Beginning of texts-

Zachary 😍- Heyyy have you talked to Gabbie yet babe?

Jack 💖- No not yet handsome but I will I just need time. It's hard 

Zachary 😍- I know and I don't want to push you I just don't want us to have to hide forever babe

Jack 💖- I know I know. I will talk to her 

Zachary 😍- Okay I love you! Don't forget about rehearsal later

Jack 💖- I won't forget! See you there, I love you too

-End of texts-

I get changed for rehearsals and get something to eat. I plug my phone in and turn on music while I clean up the rest of the mess from our popcorn fight last night. I finish cleaning around 2 and I grab my stuff.

I head down to the car and drive to rehearsals. I park and head inside. The boys are already there. I set my stuff down and we start.

*time skip to after*

I walk over to Jack as he gets his stuff. "Hey" I say.

"Hey. Before you ask, no I have not talked to her yet. Give me time. It may take a while. I mean we have been together a long time, so it's harder then I thought it would be"

"Okay. Jeez I wasn't going to ask that. I was going to ask if you wanted to get dinner with us"

"Oh. No thank you. I'm going home, showering, then spending time with Lav"

"Oh okay. I will see you later then."

"See you later" Jack says. I grab my stuff and head out to my car. I go home and get a shower before meeting the boys for dinner.

3rd person POV

While Zach is out having dinner with 3 of his best friends, Jack is spending time with Gabbie and Lavender. Zach hopes that Jack will talk to Gabbie, but in the back of his mind he can't help but worry that he won't.

Jack on the other hand, is worried that Zach may tell the boys, who could tell Gabbie, or tell Gabbie himself. Jack doesn't want to chose. He wants both of them.

The boys can tell something happened with how happy Zach is acting. Jonah makes a mental note to talk to him about it later. They are happy that he is happy, but they are worried. They  are worried that if it is about Jack, then he may be leading Zach on. They don't want to see him hurt again. They don't want to be right, but they know that they probably are.
