Where am I? I don't think I remember this place at all! A classroom with checkered walls and faded blue, carpeted flooring. Desks lined up in tidy rows, sixteen in total, four by four, each with a chair assigned to it. No, I don't recognise it at all!
I walked around the area, confused, hoping to find something that could give me a better understanding of where I was, how I got there, anything at all. I sat down at one of the desks nearest to me and put my head down to the wood, wrapped in my arms. Closing my eyes, I began to think.
???:
Oh, that's right! I'm in Danganronpa, the latest version to be precise. There were adverts online and in the newspaper about recruiting students around my age to take part in some sort of game.
I stepped out of my seat into the aisle, glad that I had made some sense of the situation that I'm in. Out of the blue, a rope on the floor caught itself around my ankles, and before I knew it, I was lifted upside down to a lamp on the ceiling. Needless to say, I passed out from the sudden rush of actions that took place, as well as just plain fear.
...
I woke up again, this time with a swirling headache and a sharp and growing pain around my ankles. I was upside down, to be fair.
I tried to lift my upper body towards the knot, eventually grasping onto it. That moment could have been one of the most embarrassing of situations that I could have ever witnessed; the knot was tied in a noose, which tightens very easily. Luckily, it was slightly loose. Perhaps whoever tied this did it wrong? However, the pain was still rather unbearable.
The door to the room opened slightly, with only a small gap between it and the frame. I could barely make out the eye of a small creature. It wasn't Monokuma, that's for sure. Knowing that, I tried to figure out who it could be.
???:
A Monokub from V3? No, none of them were the lilac colour that I saw. By that logic, Monomi or Usami wouldn't fit either.
Unidentified MonoCreature:
"Oh dear, oh dear... how did you end up like this?"
Its voice was lower than Monomi's, that's for sure, but it was higher than Monokuma's. It quickly opened the door, revealing itself; a rabbit with similar features to Monokuma, one of the differences being its left eye, which was replaced with a purple substitute instead of a red one. It looked quite innocent, and being familiar with animatronics similar to this one, I didn't think much of it at first.
Unidentified MonoCreature:
"What are you doing up there? I'll be getting you down, don't you worry!"
It suddenly leaped across the desks and latched itself onto the rope, biting at it until I came crashing down. I unfortunately landed in the middle of the two desks I was hanging over. I rubbed my ankle in pain and shook my head.

Monokiku:
"I believe that we haven't met before... I'm Monokiku, the helper for this academy's students! If you need any help with anything at all, I will be grateful to lend you a paw!"
She trod over to me and placed each of her paws on my ankles. Suddenly, I felt less pain than I did previously, and astounded, I looked up in awe at the creature.
Monokiku:
"By the way, the money raised for Danganronpa 101 was just enough to give me basic healing abilities! I can't do much else, I'm afraid."
???:
"I've figured as much... Assuming this version is similar to the last five games, there should be a single small power given to every supporting animatronic. To make them feel despair when they are killed, right?"
Monokiku:
"That's beside the point! I won't die!"
She looked nervously at me.
Monokiku:
"Please head to the Gym to meet your classmates! Make a right at the end of the corridor."
I tiredly stumbled through the hallway towards the Gym, tripping slightly as I walked. The walls glowed bright pink, different from the ones in the classroom. It was pretty empty. No furniture except a single bench and no decoration except small plant pots and flashing, pink LED lights lined across the ceiling. Eventually, I found it. I studied the multiple doors on either side of me. A mixed restroom and Gym to my right and an A/V Room to my left. I placed my palms on the door to my destination and pushed the double doors open.
What I found inside surprised me, even if I knew what to expect; fifteen Ultimate Classmates with fitting attire, relating to their talents. One immediately stood out to me. He rested his forehead against the wall, looking as though he were either sleeping or in deep thought. Promptly, I approached him with a steady pace and tapped him on the shoulder.
