Seeing my mom again after so long was amazing even if it wasn't for long and she had terrible news to deliver. However she is exactly how I remembered her which is reassuring. Another thing that was great was having Embry here by my side once again and it made me feel better in such a short time.

But seeing Jake sitting on the steps crying was the hardest thing to watch, it also meant that Bella didn't survive the birth just like how I predicted. I walked forward, my hand never leaving Embry's as he and Zander trailed behind me and stopped right in front of the boy who just watched his first love die.

Reaching forward I grabbed his hands and pulled them gently away from his face whilst wiping away a stray tear "Sssh listen," I say because I heard something inside the house.

Everything became silent as our supernatural hearing picked up the distinct sound of something popping together. "It's Bella's body healing itself, meaning shes alright Jake. She'll just be a vampire," Zander says looking down at the heartbroken wolf. If only Aquaria was here to cheer him up.

"If she's a vampire then the treaty is broken, also how is she a vampire I thought you said that if one of them were to bite a human then they would die along with the human," Embry says curiously but also sounding confused.

"It's obvious that Edward injected his venom into her heart but since I made the treaty spell with Jake's grandfather, then he was the only one that could break the spell by giving Edward permission to do it being as he is the true Alpha," I explained and he nodded his head in understanding.

It was strange to think that after everything I've done to prevent Bella from becoming a vampire, it was the only thing that could save her. It seems like she was destined to become one afterall.

We stood in silence for awhile before I made my way into the house to check on the twins, Embry following behind me because he missed his children. Upon entering the livingroom I saw Rose holding Bella's baby, who was adorable and had Bella's eyes.

"Awe who's this little cutie?" I asked making my way over to where she was sitting, beside her was the twins whos eyes brightened when they saw Embry.

Rose smiled before handing me the baby "This is Renesme," she says blissfully. I thought the name was very unique and clever, totally Bella's style.

I gazed down at Renesme with a wide smile and as we locked eyes, she smiled  at me before lifting her hand up and placing it on my cheek. I thought the gesture was adorable until the world around me faded away and was replaced with a different scene.

I was lying on the couch across from Bella with the twins fast asleep on my chest. Poor Bella looked so weak and fragile, the pregnancy draining all of her energy which was worrying everyone, especially Edward. It deeply pained him to see his wife like this and wanted to do everything he could to help her.

Bella groaned loudly and I felt like she was going to puke so I conjured up a bucket and placed it in her arms as she threw up into it.

"Are you alright?" I asked when she was done, wanting to help her but couldn't because of the sleeping twins on my chest.

"I'm fine it's the baby I'm worried about," she says placing her hand on her bump rubbing it slowly.

"Don't worry Zander should be back with the blood any minute now," I say sitting up slowly. Before everything faded back to normal.

Once my vision became normal again I let out a gasp, shocked about what I just saw. "What was that?" I asked Rose as I sat down on the couch next to Embry who was now holding Cameron.

"It's the first memory she has of you. Just like Alice, Jasper and Edward she's gifted," Rose explained her smile getting brighter as she saw Cameron glance over at Renesme, who was happily snuggled into my arms. When their eyes met, Cameron's glazed over as he imprinted on her.

It was an adorable moment to watch but also shocking since Cameron hasn't even shifted yet, however it might have to do with the fact that he's a hybrid like his sister just doesn't have magic. Although with the destiny Emileah has, there's no doubt that she'll give him magic and teach him the ways of our people. My children give me hope for a better future......
