The next morning...

I woke up with a strange feeling. I looked around and started to get panic until I felt a hand on my stomach. I tilted my head and saw Derek sleeping beside me, he was looking so innocent and beautiful. I smiled, when the images of last night came to my mind. He was so gentle and careful. He made me feel really special. Everything was so blissful. I had to piss so I put his hand aside carefully, not to wake him up, then got out of bed. I felt a little pain between my thighs. I walked in the bathroom and finished my work. I washed my hands and mouth, then got out. He was still sleeping so I thought to make him breakfast. I walked out of the room and went down the stairs to the kitchen.

It's a 2 story big house, it has a beautiful backyard where you could see the sunrise and the sunset. First floor has 4 bedrooms along with the attached bathrooms, a kitchen next to the big living room where my whole apartment could fit in, a big library at the end of the hallway and next to that is his office, whereas second floor has 2 rooms with a living room but smaller than the first floor and a big theater room at the end. Even though the house is big, it's beautiful and has a homey feel to it.

The Kitchen was big and everything was grey from the marble floors to the cabinets. I searched for the things I needed to cook breakfast. When I found everything, I started making some pancakes and scrambled eggs when my phone started ringing. I turned the gas in a low flame, then went to the living room. I took out the phone from my purse and answered it happily.

"Hey, Mom, how are you and Ava?" I asked with a smile.

"Hello, my baby, we are fine. What about you girls?" She asked and I smiled.

"We are good, Mom," I went back to the kitchen and put the phone on the speaker and placed it on the counter.

"What are you doing?"

"I am making breakfast," I put the flame on normal and flip the pancakes. The eggs were ready so I turned off the flame.

"Really? I called thinking it will go to the voicemail, but I was happy that you answered. I mean it's Sunday, you don't wake up before 10 and it's just 8 in the morning and now you are making breakfast too, is everything alright?" I rolled my eyes.

"Why is everyone after my sleep? I love sleeping, but that doesn't mean I can't wake up early on weekends." I sighed irritated.

"Do you?" She chuckled.

"That's not important, what important is I woke up early today, didn't I?" Of course I can't wake up early on weekends, but I am not going to admit that to anyone not even to my mom.

"How come you woke up so early?" That, I also want to know.

"Mom, did you get the parcel?" I asked changing the topic.

"Yes, I got it today, that's why I called you. That's really thoughtful of you, baby." She was complaining about her foot when I last talked to her, so I saw a foot massager online and ordered it for her.

"Mom stop crying, I know you are crying now." I told her.

"I am not. Tell me about your job and everything. We haven't talked since last week." I felt guilty but I was really busy with my work. "Don't feel guilty, I know you were busy, so tell me now." I smiled.

We talked about my job, Ava's new boyfriend and everything else.

"You are happy, Emma. Who is he?" This I wasn't expecting. Well, you can't hide anything from your mom even if you are miles away, can you?

"How did you know, Mom?"

"A mother knows everything," I smiled and shook my head. I told her about Derek and everything he did for me.
