Beep! Beep! Beep! Arghh, that stupid alarm clock, it's so annoying i whispered to myself. Now i have to get up....

As i was just about done with my hair, i have to look good for Tyler. Mum burst into the bathroom and told me that i only had 15 mins left to get ready. 'Oh no!' i yelled.

Just as i was about to walk out the door to go to the tram station, mum yelled out 'don't forget, you're babysitting the Carters kids this afternoon. I'll have dinner ready when you get home. Then I'll take you to swimming.'

Woa! Talk about a busy afternoon, oh well at least I'll have enough money to go shopping this weekend!

My thoughts were interrupted by my best friend, Mia calling my name out and ushering me to go to where we normally sit while we wait for the train. 'Hey Bev, are you goiong to Ashtons party this week?' 'Yes, I can't wait. We still going to the shops on Saturday. I was hoping to pick up a dress then?' 'Yea of course, my parents are refusing to give me more than $100 though, how unfair is that? How is anyone supposed to get a nice dress, matching shoes and purse for under $100?!' 'It'll be right, i'm sure Ashton will like you in anything. You know him being your boyfriend and all.' 'Yea I guess,' Mia shrugged.

I know how spoilt Mia is, but what could I do about it. Mia lived in a posher suburb but she was still a good friend........... most of the time so what would it matter? Anyway Mia has known me forever, since we were 3 years old
