Chapter 12

After that i went straight home, picked up my clothes for the night and went to Mia's early. I left a note for mum so she wasn't worried. I couldn't not tell someone any longer i just had to go over there, even though it was only 1:15. I knew Mia wouldn't mind, but just to be sure i texted her.

As i was about to knock on the door to Mia's house it swung open and before i knew it Mia was engulfing me in a hug.

'I hope your'e alright, Bevvy.' she cried. I hadn't even told her yet but i guess she could tell by my text that I'd already had a bad day.

After I'd told Mia everything, including the stuff about Drake she just gave me another hug.

After a few minutes of silence, Mia bursted out 'So was Drake hot?' Before i could think about what to say my mouth did the talking and went. "OMG, he was so hot! Way hotter than Tyler.' After saying those last few words i slapped my hand over my mouth.

'It's alright.' Mia comforted.

'What does that mean for you and him though? Are you still going out?'

'Yea. we just had a little fight I guess.' I shuddered at the thought of the lipstick on his mouth.

'What's up hun?'

'I just can't believe he would kiss someone else!' I said whilst trying to hold back tears.

'Aww Bevvy, maybe we shouldn't go to the party tonight. We could rent some movies and have popcorn and stuff too. Pull an all nighter.'

I thought about that, it sounded good but i didn't want Tyler to tell any of his or mine for that matter that I'd cheated on him or some rubbish like that.

'No way! We both bought new dresses and new shoes so were definetly going. If anything i want to go to spite him! But I have to look ultra hot.' I announced with more sencerity than i meant.

'You go Girl!' Mia cheered.    She really was my best friend.

After we spoke some more and gossiped about Tyler. We watched a few movies, picking up on ideas on how to do our makeup and hair exactly!

We were ready to get dressed up.
