When we finally got to school, we only had 5 minutes to get there books out for the first 2 periods of the day. Even though I'd been in highschool for a year and a bit now it still felt werid. I mean in Primary school you were always being watched and you always had to do the right thing it was just so structured, whereas here I felt more independent almost like I could be a rebel for a day because there was hardly any structure just expectations. But I always shook away the idea of misbehaving becasue I knew she would always get in more trouble at home than at school.

The worst part so far, was that Mia was in different classes.

First period was science. Science was the biggest joke! We didn't learn anything, though some tried. The concept was always too hard to understand by just reading the textbook, all the teacher would do was sit at her desk and go on facebook. All the kids knew that as long as no one asked the teacher what to do, she would just sit there and let everyone do what they wanted.

So i took the oppurtunity to work out what i wanted to wear to Ashtons party. Tyler was going to be there so i had to look good. Tyler was a tall, muscley rugby player. He had the perfect abs and his smile was almost just as good. I remember the first time i met him just seeing that perfect smile and his blue eyes glisten in the light, it was enough to make my legs go like jelly. Then when i saw his blonde hair move in the wind there was a pang in my heart. Even now after dating him for 3 months i havent quite gotten used to it.

Before I'd realised what was happening the bell had gone and everyone was getting up,  not bothering about the teachers dismissal. I was gathering my books when i was thinking about how the time went so quickly, it must have been me thinking about Tyler. Even thinking of him puts a smile a mile wide across my face.
