Who Killed Lana?// Ryland Storms

It's been two days since Halloween. Ryland told me about the fight with Noah and the conversation with Avani but he didn't tell me what he talked with Jaden.

I was laying on the couch, he was sitting on the floor and smoking.

"Do you think should I call Noah?" I asked. "I'm trying to be friends with him, like very close friends. Will it be weird if I call him?"

"Why would it be?" he said. "You said you two cried together, call him and say 'Ah, Noah, I'm not good, can we meet at your house?' then talk with him, make him trust you."

"How I will do that?" I asked.

"Do I look like I know?" asked Ryland. "Think something, I don't know, seriously Addison, your sister is Lana, how didn't you get any kind of her skills about creating a drama then sit back and watch it silently and enjoying?"

"She was so good at it. Lana really loves drama." I said.

"Drama loves her." said Ryland. "By the way you need to give that stupid makeup company to me so I can give to Avani."

"Can't believe that I will give Lana's money to Avani just to see if she's killer or not."

Ryland get up. "We have to. That's the only way to make her trust me. You see, I'm working. Unlike you."

"What do you want me to do, buy a football clup and give it to Noah just to make him trust me?" I asked.

"Think bitch, think." said Ryland and went to door.

"Where are you going?" I asked.

"I'm running out of drugs. I need to see Lana's seller." he left the house.

I left the house after him. Called Noah, Kio answered the phone.

  "Hey Addison, Noah is in the gym, he can't talk to you right now." said Kio.

  "Can you say him to call me?" I asked. "I'm not okay Kio, I need to talk with someone."

  "Adds where are you?" asked Kio. Adds... Everyone calls me Addi, not Adds. Only Lana used to call me like that.

  "Adds, do you hear me?" said Kio. "Where are you, I'm coming."

  "I'm at Lana's house, sitting on the stairs." I said.

  He didn't talk for a few seconds. "Can you go to street, I'll pick you up from there." I guess he didn't want to come Lana's house.

  "Thank you." I said. I started to walking to street. Actually I called Noah for the plan but I didn't lie to Kio, I am not okay. Ryland is not helping me, I can see his anger in his eyes, he is still mad at me cause I was a total asshole and I was not talking with my own sister, I wasn't there when she needed.
I wasn't there when she was ruining her life.

  I saw Kio's car, he stopped and I jumped in.

  "We can't go somewhere public, remember the last time, I don't wanna see myself on the news, are you okay going to Sway?" he asked.

  "Yes." I said. He started to driving. We went to Sway House.

  "Hi Griffin.Hi Josh." I said passing the room. We went to Kio's room. I collapsed on his bed.

  "Everything is too much Kio. I-I just can't take it. My sister died and I feel lonelier than I was. It was a reason to be happy that knowing she is outside, she is alive and she is happy even though we weren't talking but now, she is six feet under and I don't wanna go to her grave and talk with the earth just like you did." I was crying badly, I needed to stop talking to take a breath. "Kio I want to talk with someone or I'm gonna be crazy, seriously I will run out of my mind."

  He came, sat on his bed and hold my hand. "Addison, you can talk with me anytime you want. You were the one that Lana cares more in the world, I have to help you in the name of Lana. I guess that's the only thing I can do, take care of her sister."

"Kio do you think she really killed herself?" I know it was a murder, I just wanted to see what he's thinking.

"Adds to be honest, I don't think that she would kill herself. She was a little depressed but she was over it. She always wanted to be together and happy with Ryland, why would she take her life on her wedding day? It doesn't make any sense to me. I talked with her before wedding, I'm still in love with her but I was happy for her. She said she is happy with Ryland, finally she was in good terms with you and she had all of her friends with her, well she was rich as hell too. I don't see any problem in her life, she survived from all this nights like hell, she make it alive all this fucking times and why now? Why she would kill herself now?" he said.

"Exactly." I said, then get up and looked at him into his eyes. "Kio I have a secret but you need to promise me that you won't tell anyone."

"I swear I won't tell anyone. You can trust me Addison." he said.

"Ryland and I, we made a plan to find Lana's killer. For the plan, Ryland has to get close to Avani and I have to get close to Bryce and Noah." I said. "And there is Mads too."

"Wait a minute. Do you really think that Bryce or Mads could kill her?" he asked. "Noah and I, we met a few months ago, I can't say I know him but Bryce and I, we have been bestfriends since I was in 10th grade. I know him. He would never do that. Yes, I know he was obsessed with Lana but why would he kill her?"

"Because he was obsessed with Lana." I said. "Love can make people do stupid things. Maybe Bryce just wanted her back but when she refused, he ended her life."

"What about Mads? Why are you thinking she could be killer?"

I told everything to him, every little details in the plan.

"So are you gonna help me?" I asked.

"I will." he said. "I will help you to find Lana's killer for my life."
