Who Killed Lana?// Ryland Storms

I opened my eyes and winced my face. I tried to look down and saw my arms full of blood, I put my hand on my head and understood that my head is bleeding. I turned my face slowly to Noah, he was full of blood, his eyes was closed.

I reached my phone and called 911, then sent my location to Kio, then called him.

"Kio, I know it's late, probably 2 or 3 am and probably I woke you up but I need you to come here. Noah and I, we had a car crash and I don't know who to call but you." he interrupted me.

"Adds how this happened? Okay, I'll come as soon as possible but are you okay? Is Noah okay?" he sounded like he worried.

"I'm okay but I don't know about Noah, I checked, he is breathing but he is not awake yet.Also he has a lot of blood on him, I called 911.
By the way it'd be better if you find a tow truck, the car get under a big truck." I tried to be really calm and hold my tears, hide the cracks in my voice.

"Addison I'm in my car now, on my way." he said.

"Thank you, Kio." I whispered.

"Come here." said Kio wrapping a blanket over me.

We are in hospital now, I got stitches on my forehead and Noah is in emergency department insensitive care unit.

Kio put his arm around my shoulder. "Are you sure that you don't want to call anyone from your family or Ryland?"

"No." I said. "I promised myself, I won't talk with Ryland.And my family, well, I don't need them." I put my head on his shoulder.

"Adds, I guess you didn't learn your lesson. You weren't talking with Lana for nearly two years and she died. Look how much you are regretting for that." he put his hands on my cheeks. "Life is too short to wasting our time with hating the ones we love.Come on, call him."

  "You're only talking about Ryland but not my family, why?" I asked.

  "Cause your family is toxic. I remember how your mother treated to Lana, I will never forgive her. But Ryland is a good boy who have done bad things. He made a lot of mistakes but he learned his lesson and he loves Lana too much. Actually I was happy that Lana was getting married with someone like Ryland, someone loves her as much as I love her." said Kio.

  I know Noah wasn't right, I'm not trying to be Lana but now I felt something that I would call jealousy. I wish I had someone who loves me this much, I wish I had a boyfriend like Kio. "Okay." I said. "I'm calling him."

I called Ryland but he didn't answer, this made me worried. "Kio he doesn't sleep, if he is not answering he might be overdosing again."

"Okay, wait, I'll call Jaden to check Ryland and if you're right, if he is overdosing again, I'll take him to rehab myself." said Kio and he called Jaden.

After a few minutes later a nurse came to us. "Are you friends of Noah Beck?"

"Yes." we said.

"He woke up. You can see him in two hours." she said and left.

Then Kio's phone buzzed. He waked away to talk, when he turned back he seemed like he was upset.

"What happened?" I asked.

"Ryland, he is coming to hospital, his heart was stopped when Jaden found him." said Kio with tears in his eyes.

"No way!" I said. My vision was blurry because of the tears. "Tell me it's a joke, please..."

  "What did I tell you? Life is too short for being enemies with someone." Kio hugged me. "Shh, stop crying." he rubbed my head. "Adds, look at my face." He put his hands on my cheek and made me look at his face. "He is gonna make it alive, okay? He will survive. Then he will go to rehabilitation, he will be done with drugs and we will find Lana's killer together. He won't leave us before we find Lana's killer." I leaned my head on his shoulder again. He wrapped his arm around me. "Now sleep Addison, it's been a long night."

  I didn't want to sleep but my eyes started to closing slowly. My head was heavy for me so I surrendered myself to warmness of sleep....
