Who Killed Lana?// Ryland Storms

I was running in the park, listening "Thousand Miles" by Tove Lo. Then I saw a familiar face.

A face I've been trying to forget.

I stopped, I was shocked, I was frozen. He looked at me and smiled, then started to walk to me.

I wanted to run so fast, jump on him and kiss him but I couldn't, I couldn't even move.

  "Addison." he said like he wants to be sure that I'm here.

  "You found me." I said. He hugged me. "Are you mad about it?"

  "No." I said. "Not at all." Then I looked at him. "Why did you come?"

"We have to talk Addison but not here, can we talk in your house?" he asked.

"My house?" I suprised, I know I'm supposed to say no but I accepted. "Let's go."

We went to my house. "You can wait me there, I need to take a shower." I said and showed him my living room.

   I went into my bathroom and took a shower. When I get out of shower, I looked at Lana's photo on my nightstand. I took it and looked at the photo.

  "I'm sorry Lana, I still couldn't find your killer." Then I hugged the frame to feel like I'm hugging her. "But I promise, I'll find. Tomorrow I'll turn back to Sway."

  Then I get dressed and went to living room, sat on a couch and looked at Kio. "I'm listening."

  "Why did you leave?" he asked. "And why you didn't answer my calls?"

"I needed some time to find myself." I said simply.

"But why you left without saying anything to me?" he asked.

"Cause I wanted to be alone." I said.

"You can be alone with me." he said.

"Why are you saying this, Kio this doesn't help okay? You're just making everything harder for me!" I said and started to crying.

"Why are you so mad at me?" he said.

"I lost everything, okay? I lost everything. I lost my sister, my friends, my mother, my father. I have nothing and I just started to getting use to being alone. Now you can't come from nowhere and ruin it!" I get up, yelled and then sat on the floor. "You can't say you want to be with me."

"What is wrong with being friends?" he yelled.

"I don't wanna be your friend." I said.

His eyes were glossy. "But why?" He asked super softly.

"Okay, I care about you and it's not because we are friends." I said. "I love you Kio, more than a friend."

He stopped, looked at me into my eyes, waited for a second.

"Anyways, you wouldn't love me, just pretend like I didn't say that and leave, okay?" I said and get up, he grabbed my wrist and pulled me to him.

"Why wouldn't I love you?" he asked. God, now he is gonna make fun of me.

"Because I'm a loser, I'm fake, I'm super ordinary, I'm boring, I'm a fucking train wreck and I'm extremely fucked up." I said.

"No. You're so special. There has never been a person like you before, there is no one like you in the world right now and there will never be someone like you. Just see how much your existence respects you.You are a masterpiece, it cannot be repeated, compared, completely unique." he said. "I love you too, Addison. More than friends."

His words lightened up my face. "You know me and you still love me?" I asked suprising.

"We love things we love for what they are." he said. "Addison, I deeply love you from the bottom of my heart."

"I love you too, Kio. I want you to hold my hands in public and dance in the rain with me. And then give me your hoodie when I get cold, I want to do crazy things with you, or watch to sunrise, then sunset. I want to cuddle with you and watch stupid movies, I want to kiss you without having a fear. But we can't do any of them so the best thing to fo is you leave." I said crying. "Just leave and don't make things harder for me."

"Why you think you don't deserve to be happy?" he yelled. "Addison, I love you and you love me, so what is the problem? What can be more powerful than our love?"

"You dated with my sister. Lana died because of me being a bad sister. I'm dying everyday because of remorse, how will I be happy for the rest of my life?" I asked.

"You have to start romanticizing your life. You have to start thinking of yourself as the main character, not your sister, because if you don't, life will continue to pass you by. And all the little things that make it so beautiful will continue to go unnoticed. So take a second, and look around and realize that it's a blessing for you to be here right now. You have only one life to live, live it in the way you'll be happy." he said holding my hands. He puts his forehead to mine. "Are you sure about your feelings?"

"Yes." I said. "I love you more than anything."

He smashed his lips onto mines slowly. He kissed me with no rush, slowly, gently and nicely. Our lips was working so well with each other, it was the most gently kiss I ever seen. It felt like I was finally be able to breathe again. It's the kind of kiss that inspires stars to climb into the sky and light up the world.

Then he slowly put his tongue in it and the kiss got hotter. It turned into a slow making out, we were both trying to take it slow, feeling every micro second. He made me sit on his lap and tucked the bottom of my tshirt. "Kio." I said wanting him to stop. "We will regret about it.You know we can't be together."

" Probably. But it's worse to regret something you didn't do." he said. "Also we will be together, someday in the future. I'll do whatever it takes."

He kissed me again. I helped him to take off my tshirt, then I wrapped my legs around him. He carried me to my bedroom, layed me down slowly on my bed. He was taking his shirt off, I saw the photo frame of Lana on my nightstand, I turned it down. I'm really sorry Lana but tonight, I'm the main character of my story.

He took his shirt off and started to kissing and sucking my neck, making me moan lightly. Then his kiss went deeper and deeper, harder and harder.....
