Jasper nodded to Alice, who burst out laughing, much to Mrs. Huntington's surprise. Luna caught Alice's eye, and on command she began to giggle quietly. Jasper was noticeably smirking.
Mrs. Huntington snorted irritably. "You three. What did you do?"

"N-nothing, Mrs.", choked Alice.
Time passed as the three continued to laugh. Luna admired Jasper's plan. Never, never would she of thought of the idea to prank someone by doing nothing, just laughing. Finally, Mrs. Huntington gripped Jasper firmly by his arm. "That's it. We're going to the headmistress, yes you two too."
Jasper's grin was wiped off his face. That hadn't been part of the plan. Luna sighed. She got up, ready for anything

"I'm very disappointed by you two girls. I thought you had more sense."

Luna dipped her head in shame. Alice sighed loudly.

"As for you Jaswinder, I can do no more than saying this is my final warning. A group of ex-students, fifth years and teachers are leaving tonight to search for the missing people. If I catch you pranking them, tripping them up, stealing their stuff, or anything that will hold them up, Jaswinder, I will expel you from St.Lupus'

Jasper nodded meekly, though Luna could see him tapping the floor with his foot, what he only did when he was hatching a plan.
When they left the room, Jasper clapped gleefully. "Tonight, ladies, we shall be going on a trip to save some missing Soul Transformers!"

"What?!"

"You heard me. One of them's driving a van, all we need to do is sit in the back. Go on, get your stuff!"

Jasper was about to speed off, when someone spoke behind them.

"I'll come too"

The three span around. Behind them stood Timothy Coole.

Jasper sat hunched up in the back of the van, looking furious. "I don't see why he had to come", he muttered disgruntled and shot Alice glares, who had been the one to let Timothy come along.

"Come on, he's not that bad", Alice said for like the third time that night.
Timothy smiled warmly at Alice. Alice blushed furiously. Luna rested her head in the knees. The argument had started at least an hour ago, and Luna wished she could go to sleep.

"Look, Jasper, I don't ask for all that attention, I don't like it either. I want to be your friend", Timothy reasoned, grinning.
Jasper hesitated, but then he grinned. Soon, all four kids were cheerfully chatting and the hostility between Timothy and Jasper had disappeared. Suddenly, four spirits rose from the children. Two wolves, a fox and a big, black dog. They chased around Timothy, Alice, Jasper and Luna. Those watched the animals in awe. As they disappeared into thin air, everyone looked at each other.

"What does it mean?", breathed Luna.

"It means", laughed Jasper quietly, "We're amateurs. A step closer to no longer being a weredog."
