"Oh my gosh, Gail!" I shouted to myself, dalawang oras na ang nakakalipas simula noong mag-usap kami but here I am, still can't freakin' move on from what he said! Hindi ako makatulog!

"He's not serious when he says that, right? He's just joking with me. But no! He's not laughing when he said that! Ugh!" I kept on shouting, tugging my hair out of frustration while rolling on the bed. 

I reached my phone on the side table and contact Ella right away. Kailangan ko sabihin sa kan'ya 'to or else, mababaliw ako kakaisip mag-isa. 

[Hey girl! Merry Christmas, how are you?] she automatically asked right after answering my call. 

[Ella! Help me, I think mababaliw na ako rito!]

[Huh? Teka, bakit? Ayos ka lang? Sino kasama mo?] natatarantang tanong niya sa akin, this girl!

[No! I'm fine, but my heart is betraying me!]

[Huh? Nasiraan ka na nga yata, so what's the reason!]

[Ella, I have a question. Ayusin mo ang pagsagot kundi tatampalin kita pag nagkita tayo ulit.] I said to her. 

[Awts gege, joke. Oo, pero 'di ka sure, so ano tanong mo? Merry Christmas, ha?] she said, so I rolled my eyes kahit hindi naman niya nakikita. 

[How do you know if someone likes you?] I asked, naghe-hesitate pa nga akong tanungin s'ya, but I have no choice. 

[If what?!? Oh my goodness Gail, 'wag mo sabihin sa aking hanggang pasko nanlalalaki ka pa rin?] she shouted. 

[No! Look, kasi ahm, I'm not sure if someone likes me or not. You know me, I'm beautiful and I can attract men easily.] 

[Ang yabang mo! E, paano mo ba nalaman na gusto ka ng abnoy mong ex? Edi ganun lang din 'yun] Ugh, that stupid ex!

[I don't know, you know how we started. We just made out and we started going out since then, no more questions and confirmation kung kami na or hindi.] I said, rolling my eyes even more, kumukulo talaga ang dugo ko pag naaalala ko 'yung peste na 'yun!

[Kung sabagay, animal naman kasi 'yon. Anyways, paano mo malalaman kung may gusto sayo 'yung lalaki? Siguro he cares for you, he's attracted to you, he keeps on bugging you or something, or maybe he's just silent. You know, men are all different when expressing their feelings usually tahimik lang, or 'yung iba naman masyadong mataas ang confidence kaya makapal ang mukha. Mahahalata mo naman kung may gusto sayo 'yung lalaki, e.] she explained. 

[Paano mo mahahalata?] 

[Alam mo Gail? Wala namang nagkakagusto sa akin kaya hindi ko alam kung paano!] she shouted making me laugh at her. My poor baby Ella. 

[Aw, I forgot. Sorry, And'yan naman si Elijah, malay mo.] I teased her.
