I finally updated, so that's good!

This is the first one-shot I have where they're not meeting for the first time! We've got some variety now :)

Warning: Moderate swearing (not offending anyone or a group of people hopefully, I just wanted to let you know because I usually don't have it)

And maybe an intense kiss as well ;)

Annabeth's POV

"Por-"

"LEO! Don't say dirty things like that!"

"You act like you're surprised, Sunshine."

"It's Calypso. My name is Calypso."

"Is it?"

"Leo, for the last time, that's not a word in Taboo."

"Are you sure, Piper? Because that's what it sounds like..."

"Yeah, not gonna lie, you're terrible at wording things, Thalia."

"Oh, shut it, Jason."

"Guys, pay attention; if we wanna win, you've gotta listen to what she's saying!"

"Frank's right. So shut up, and pay attention. I swear, if I lose this game because of you guys-"

"See, at least Annabeth listens to me!"

"Don't cut me off."

"Yes ma'am."

"Um, creatures in the sky do this?"

"Suck-"

"Gross, Percy!"

"Well, I'm sorry, Reyna! How am I supposed to know what they do? What even are 'creatures in the sky?' What, Rachel?!"

"Why does it matter? You aren't even on our team!"

"Oh. Oops."

"Yeah, oops."

"Don't look at me like that Nico."

"Like what? Like you're an idiot? Sorry, it's kinda hard-"

"Birds!"

"You're getting closer, Will. What do they do?"

"Fly?"

"Let's go, Hazel! See, it wasn't even hard."

"Time's up!"

It was the first night of spring break, and Annabeth already knew she had a great week ahead of her. What could be a better start to her week than playing Taboo with her competitive best friends?

It was a cool, calm April night. Annabeth always looked forward to April; spring had such perfect weather- the chilly yet pleasant air coupled with the mild sunshine was just perfect.

Inside Piper's mansion was chaos. The group of thirteen friends were divided into teams of two. Annabeth knew it was a bit odd to have that large of a friend group but her friends stayed connected as one big group rather than breaking off into smaller groups. She loved how they made it work.
