Loud chatter and conversation once again filled the bus. Seats were being filled with the same people that usually sat in them.  Logan scooted closer to the window seat, trying to keep as far away from the middle aisle as possible. Not waiting until the bus drove off, he quickly pulled out his ear buds, and began to find his music playlist. It didn't take long for the bus to fill up and drive off,

The bus hadn't left the campus yet before Logan was once again interrupted by someone. He didn't have to turn his head to know who it was, he could smell them. "I see you still haven't taken my advice to change your deodorant, Remus." The person next to him chuckled. "Come on, I could never do that. It's like my own personal touch, you know? And besides, I really like the flavor of this one!" Logan blinked, looking over at Remus with disgust. He had taken out said deodorant bar, taking off the top and licked his lips. Logan tried not to visibly cringe. "Must you do this now? Also. I'm sure that you didn't come over to show off you horrendous eating habit." Logan took one earbud out, knowing that he wasn't gonna be listening to music anytime soon.

Remus suddenly jerked his head up in realization. "Oh yeah! I meant to ask you if you signed up for the competition." Logan tensed up. How would he respond to that? Remus spoke again. "Yeah, Roman let me know that he talked to you." Logan sighed, oh course Roman would. He then had an idea. "I believe I recall the rules being that no one should know your identity, should you join the competition, therefore the though that I may or may not have signed up is my privacy." Logan said, putting his earbud back into his ear, not before turning back to Remus. "Where is Roman, anyway?"

"Thanks for helping me again, you two. I owe you guys one." Patton skipped alongside Virgil and Roman, who were all carrying a box. "Oooo, how about I make you guys some cookies!" He said, stopping temporarily. "Ah, cookies seem delightful! And I bet their just as sweet as you." Roman said, winking at Patton, who in return blushed a little and looked away. He almost seemed a little uncomfortable. Virgil, noticing Patton's discomfort, looked around to find something else to talk about. He then looked down onto the top of the box, the lids folded onto each other, making it hard to look inside them. "What's inside these boxes anyway, Patton?" Virgil said. "Um,,those are just supplies for...a project of mine!" Patton said quickly, as they turned another corner on the sidewalk.

They approached a traditional looking house with the garage door open. Patton stopped in front of it. "This is it. You can just set those right there." Patton said, putting his box on his driveway and pointed beside it for Roman and Virgil to put their boxes. "Thank you guys again. Let me know when you want those cookies!" He said, giggling. Virgil smiled a little. "It's no problem, Pat-" "Oh come now, it's the least I could do for a cutie pie like you!" Roman exclaimed, cutting off Virgil. Patton nodded, blushing slightly before running into the garage. "See you too tomorrow!" He called over his shoulder. Roman and Virgil waved before walking away.

Virgil waited until they were off of Patton's street before he turned to Roman. "What the hell was that?" Roman, who was taking selfies for Snapchat, brought his phone down from in front of his face. "What? What happened?" Virgil rolled his eyes. "I mean the whole flirting thing that you did on Patton. He was clearly uncomfortable." Roman stopped. "Oh, I didn't realize. I'll have to apologize to him later." Roman sighed. "The thing is, Remus and I had a be that one of us could make another fall in love with me before the other. He chose Patton for me, and I chose Janus for him."

Virgil took a moment to process what he just heard. "So, your telling me that you flirted with my best friend and made him feel uncomfortable, all because of a bet?!" Virgil scoffed. "You Royals really have a thing for not thinking about others." Roman frowned. "Listen, Mr. Cavity Heart, just because I flirt a lot doesn't mean I don't hold respect for others, unlike by brother. So don't go associating that gremlin with me." Before Virge could respond, Roman had already turned onto another street where more expensive looking houses stood. Virgil watched Roman for a while before continuing his path home.
