Changed (Captain America)

Chapter 2

Victoria P.O.V

 "Agent Carter, this is totally unacceptable." I say. I am forced to go to the future convention and help Howard Stark on stage. I also had to help Dr. Abraham Erkstein get the soldiers ready to see which one would become a super soldier.

As you can see I am in the army. I have been for about two years. I have my different names now. One is Mary Abraham and the other is William Adler and that's when I have to go undercover. I work alongside Margret Carter or Peggy and Howard Stark. I actually used my powers to help create them and only Howard, Peggy, Dr. Erkstein and Colonel Phillips knows about them. I am actually not an agent in the army I became a Captain because I'm just that good.

"Well you should see the girls going out. Compared to them this is you are overdressed." She says and I let out a frustrated huff. I poke her in the stomach.

"I won't forgive you." I say to her while she fixes my hair into gorgeous curls. She hands me something and I look down at it. It is a holster and a pistol and it has my name on the side. It is also my favorite colors which is green and blue. "I forgive you." I say and she laughs.

"I thought so." She says and puts some blush on my face. A loud pounding sounds on the door.

"Ladies, Howard Stark is about to go on stage." A person yells. I rush out of the room and run into Howard. He looks me up and down and whistles.

"You sure you don't want to date me?" He says and I roll my eyes.

"Why would I want to date my best friend?" I tease him and he rolls his eyes, but he has a smile on his face.

"Well you look gorgeous." He says and I smile. I kiss his cheek and see a light blush creep up.

"You better get moving, Mr. Stark." I shove him and a girl on stages starts talking.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, Mr. Howard Stark!" I lady says and the crowd claps. He draw the girl in for a kiss and I roll my eyes. I knew he'd do something like that. He takes out his hanker chief and pats his lips for any lipstick.

"Well Hello Ladies and Gentlemen. Before we get started with the show I would like to introduce someone very special to me. My Best Friend, Captain Victoria Allen." I freeze for a moment. He was supposed to use my alias. I walk around the corner my toned legs being shown off a bit. I hear whistles from men and I wave to the crowd. He leans in to kiss my lips and I move hair in front of them and he ends up kissing my hair. He cringes and pulls back and I chuckle lightly my hand covering my mouth while a wave of laughs move through the crowd. You can see the unmistakable blush stain his cheeks.  

I scan the crowd and freeze. My eyes on one of the men who stare right at me. Two years ago I would've paled, but I leaned to control emotions. I can see him visibly pale at the sight of me.  

"Victoria you there?" Howard says and I snap back in.

"Yeah sorry. You're a little dull." I tease him. "I'm kidding. Howard Stark and I worked on a process to use reversion technology. We might have minor things to fix, but what is this convention called? Oh yes, the future. I hope you enjoy this presentation Mr. Stark will now show you." I say smiling. I walk off the stage and take a few deep breaths.

I walk out and decide to walk around, hopefully I don't run into the pair. Suddenly a pair of hands grab my waist and drag me into an alley. Not again! I growl in my throat.

"Let me go, or you'll regret it." I growl and I am turned around.

"Don't you remember me, darling?" The person says. Dang, same person too.
