Two plant Elemontols pushed through the word-wall splitting the planet in two. This section was composed of thick vines, which were trouble getting through, separating their body orbs to fit through the tight spaces. The one behind sent a message to the one in front.
"Why." It spoke silently. "Wait." The one ahead let the other catch up.
"Dragons are abominations." It replied.
"What will be done." The one in front locked eyes with the one behind.
"Dragons are in-pure. We are pure."
"And."
"For them to grow. They create orbs."
"You want one of the orbs."
"Yes." The two, Bioro in front and Biora at the back, pushed further and further through the wall. After a while had passed, the two finally got through the wall. The area was similar but at the same time different. As from where the Elemontols came from, there were flat emerald plains as that was all they required, but on the Dragon side, they saw enormous trees and far brighter emerald than from where they came. The two started searching immediately, keeping close to the ground to not to cause any alarm. Just as well, as their first Dragon quickly soared past them, unlike anything they had seen before.
"Disgusting." One said.
"Sever a limb. It will fail."
"We have no limbs. They can not sever ours. Come. I feel them."
Its feeling was true as just a little further, they found them huddled together. Bioro sprinted over and picked up one. Suddenly, Biora felt something around its form, and before It could react was lifted above the ground. The first sound the two felt was a roar that shook the trees. They only felt the force of the cry, so so the producer sent a bolt of solar energy towards the egg thief to get its attention. The thief turned and, seeing Biora in danger, dropped the egg and fired a solar orb of its own at the being in retaliation. The Dragon dodged the sphere effortlessly and let out another roar. Bioro looked up and saw the Dragon, Its long tail coiled around Biora and the tree. The Dragon used one of its arms to grip the tree and aimed the other claw at its captive's with purple dripping from it. The Dragon let some of this substance drip to the forest floor, where the thief saw a hole burn through it. The Dragon's eyes, full of fire and life, glared at the Elemontol's frozen coins. The Dragon never looking away, always staring and held the poisoned claw up to the Elemontols centre orb.
"Help." It sent to Bioro, "It is not worth it."
"NO." It stubbornly replied, clenching the egg. The Long-tail stabbed the claw into its captive a little way, and it squirmed violently.
"Drop it. That is what it wants. I could have ended us at any time. But choose not to." The thief then realized the Dragon didn't want to harm them. It just wanted the orb back, so it slowly laid it down with the others. "It is not worth it."
"I am doing this for you. Not for it." Bioro sent to Biora and stepped towards the Dragon and away from the eggs. The long-tail fell to the ground, let the Elemontol go and slithered behind them, nudging them with its face.
"It wants us gone."
"No. I refuse to be lead by this monstrosity."
"We can not take it. We must go."
The Dragon nudged them more forcibly than last time.
"Perhaps they are not all mindless," said Biora; the two walked slowly out of the Dragon side and reached the wall where the Dragon parted the vines for them to get through. Once they had reached the Elemontol side, the Dragon left them. She closed the border, sealing the hole they got through in the process and left without a word.
"I wanted it," Bioro spoke.
"We were not killed. That orb was not worth it," the Elemontol's guardian came up to them. "Do not do that again. I lost your other guardian. I am not losing you two either," It said.
"We apologize," the two sent to the guardian.
"What were you thinking. Going to the Dragon side. You lack experience."
"Bioro wanted a Dragon orb."
"It was not worth it." The Elemontols noticed that their guardian had a mark.
"How did you get scar mark?" Bioro asked.
"During the previous side battle. My other was killed. But I avenged the death. A small Dragon survived. It was able to fight back."
"It will want to end you now." Biora said."I will end it." Their guardian replied. And any after.
