Zach's POV (They're in Highschool)

"What if she doesn't want to be my girlfriend, or what if her friend zones me!" I said as Ryan looked at me like I was crazy. "I really like her but I don't know what to do!" I said running my hands through my hair. "Dude I'm 12 what do you want from me?" Ryan said. "Ugh, I don't know," I said sitting on the bed next to him. "I mean mom told us, to be honest about how we feel so just do that, even though when mom said that she was talking about how we felt about her outfit but you get the point," Ryan said making me laugh.

"Ok you're right I'm gonna let her have an amazing day and then at the end ask her out," I said. "Ok, can I leave now?" Ryan said. "No your gonna help me." He groaned laying back on the couch.

3rd Person POV

Zach had planned out this beautiful day for her him and Ryan had been planning things out for the day ahead of them.

*The Next Day*

Zach had texted Mela the night before asking if she wanted to hang out with him today. She of course said yes.

Zach was on his way to Mela's house to pick her up. The first thing Zach had planned was to go to the farmers Market. He arrived and took a deep breath then got out the car. He walked up to the front door and knocked. The door opened revealing Mela. "Hey Zach." She said. "Hey Mela." Zach said. "You ready to go." Zach asked as she nodded the two walking back out to Zach's car, Well it's his Moms car.

"So Where are we going first Zachary?" Mela said. "Well I thought we could go to the farmers market and walk around and stuff." Zach said. "Oh that sounds so fun!" Mela said smiling.

Mela and Zach have been walking and talking and enjoying there day together. The next thing on Zach's list was lunch. They npth were starving so they went to a nearby restruant. They ordered and got to talking.

"So Zach what made you wanna spend the day with me?" Mela asked. "Well it's a surprise for my best friend only thing is I don't know if you'll like or dislike the surprise." Zach said letting out a nervous laugh. "Well as long as the days with you I bet I'll like it." Mela said making Zach blush.

Their food arrived and the two continued to laugh and talk. Zach was getting really nervous. Their last stop was going to be the movies. But it only would happen if she said yes.

"Hey Mela." Zach said mela looking up from her food. "Yeah?" She said. Her face went from happy to worried seeing Zach who looked so scared. "Um ok I was wondering if um you." Zach stoped hiding his head in his hands. "Zach are you alright?" She said. "Yeah um ok So I was wondering if you wanted to like go out." Zach said. "We're already out I'm not sure what you mean." Mela said. "Like dating do you wanna go out on a date?" Mela froze. "Y-Yes I'd love to!" She said a little to loudly. "Awesome ok!" Zach said smiling. "That's why you made today so special." Mela said putting the pieces together. "Yep the last part is going to the movies which is now possible because you said yes." Zach said smiling. "I've been waiting for this day for so long." Mela said. "Really!" Zach said. "Yeah I really like you Zach."
