"EXPLAIN yourself Dad and tell us that we all heard it wrong," Miguel said with seriousness as the hot seat concerning their father's secrets are about to be unveiled

"You won't make me rest even just for a bit?" Sabay silang umiling.

Actually, they just arrived in Luxembourg but they cannot wait for another hour or day to know what the truth really is.

"Where's mom by the way? She's the most important person to be here"

"Your mom is with the girl at the moment and I guess her presence is not needed here because she already knows it"

"And you hid it from us?" Hindi makapaniwalang reklamo ng kapatid niya.

"I didn't mean to, okay? And that was 23 years ago which means you're still too young to understand it" may point naman ang ama nila dahil 8 years old lang si Dusk noon at kahit pa pinanganak siyang matalino, that information is still too much to handle for a kid.

"Then what really happened Dad?" Miguel asked again.

The Duke sighed. "I was in Hawaii that time for a painting auction obviously and Faye happened to be one of the organizers" magtatanong na naman dapat ang kapatid niya pero inunahan na siya ng ama nila. "If you're wondering about Faye, she is my ex-girlfriend"

"Ex what?" They both asked

"You heard it right, my sons. She is a volunteer nurse back then and I am a volunteer soldier. So yes, we met at a war and fell in love. But she left me after the war and I just saw her again in Hawaii. And then something happened"

"What happened Dad? C'mon. Don't be a cliffhanger," They demanded. Indeed, the two are too focused on their father's storytelling that they want to know more about it

"Do you really want everything in detail?" Sabay na tumango ang dalawa kaya naman wala ng nagawa ang Duke.

"Mmmm.... when the night came, Faye asked me to join her for dinner so I did because it is at least to celebrate our friendly reunion once again. But then I fell into a deep sleep and just woke up in bed with her completely naked"

"A-are you saying that something intimate really happened to you Dad?"

The Duke incrementally nodded. "I think so" mahiya-hiyang sabi ng ama nila while they both went silent or rather, stoned in their seats.

"Mom really knows this? Then she freaked out didn't she?" Tanong ng kapatid niya

"I know that she's shocked and upset when I told her about it, but you know your mom. She's the most understanding person existing and she knows that I didn't have any intention to do it nor I am mentally present if I supposedly had done it."

Dusk is too damned to process everything but he still managed to pull a question. "S-so are you saying that there's a high probability that she's your daughter?" Alanganing tumango ang Duke.

Miguel seemed to have gone lifeless as he leaned his back on the couch while Dusk cannot even move his eyes. He cannot absorb what has been said as if his ears are vomiting the likes of this reality. What if all of these assumptions are actually true? What if she's really my sister? If so, then what the fuck will I do?

"Well, I can't be so sure now until I get to see the DNA result. Because I can't find myself believing Lucious. He's a snake, after all."
