"Holy shit." Lucas had lived in Hawkins for his entire life and yet he had no idea where the hell they were. Hidden behind layers and layers of trees, sat a huge industrial building, covered in rust and dust. It had an eerie feeling as there were only small amounts of old, yellow lights, casting their creepy glow upon the metal exterior. It's tall stature was intimidating, throwing a gloomy shadow over everything that surrounded it. Lucas could've sworn it came straight out of a horror movie.

"How nice of them to clean up for us." Steve deadpanned.

"Why aren't there any Russian guards?" Dustin asked, looking around to see if he needed to watch out for any.

Steve shrugged. "How many people would voluntarily go near a place like this? Besides, all the security is on the inside, and believe me... there are a lot of them. Let's go over the plan one more time."

The plan was as follows: The party and Erica were acting as the demogorgon distraction. It was their job to get all the monsters in the same room and burn them to crisp. That's why they were all going together, it wasn't an easy job so they needed to work as a big team (which they were pretty good at by now). They also had El's powers as backup, just in case they needed them against the demogorgons.

The older teenagers were on Russian patrol. Their goal was to take down as many of them as possible, whilst still somehow remaining subtle. Steve and Robin had experience in the matter, not to mention, Nancy was a complete badass with a gun, and Jonathan was actually really good at fighting.

Joyce and Murray's job was to rescue Hopper. God knows how many Russians Murray would have to sweet talk before they could even get close to him, but they had managed to fool them before...so, fingers crossed. Besides, once they had Hopper, hopefully it would be easier to find their way out effectively, as Hopper would most likely know his way around the place.

The party needed to be the first ones in there so that they could get the demogorgons out of the way. Thankfully, the building had fairly large vents, which Robin had discovered when she initially snuck in to scope the place out (god knows how), meaning that they could all fit in the vents to make their way around.

Steve pulled the ladder out of his trunk as the party and Erica silently got of the cars. He extended the ladder to its entire length, before placing it beneath the vent entrance which luckily was on the outside of the building.

He sighed. "Well. Now or never I guess. Good luck shitheads. Keep each other safe."

They all returned his sentiment. Erica was the first to climb up the ladder, followed by Will, then Mike. When it was Max's turn, she took a deep breath before ascending her way towards the vents. She had to pause halfway, tired and a little out of breath, but still determined to keep climbing. When she reached the top, Mike offered her his hand, helping her enter the vent.

"You good, Mayfield?" He asked.

She took a moment to control her breathing. "Yeah, thanks."

Once everybody had entered the vent, Dustin unfolded the make-shift map Robin had drawn for them, showing all the places where the demogorgons were. "There are three different places where the demogorgons are kept. I'm thinking that if we split into three groups, it will save a lot of time for the others and we can get out of here quicker. Erica and I are pretty good at navigating our way around vents-"

"Damn right." Erica nodded.

"Anyways, as I was saying. Erica and I are good at navigating, so if we lead two different groups, and then the third group has the map, hopefully nobody will get lost. Now, obviously Lucas and Max need to be in the same group to prevent Lucas from having a heart attack, and I think El should go with them. Sorry Mike, but her powers need to have Max's back."
