After elegantly landing on the roof of the command center, the saint walked to the elevator and pushed the button to call it up. While waiting, Jon tried to learn more about the saint, "Earlier you washed your face with water. After doing so you became much calmer and your eyes changed color from red to blue. I can only assume water was the reason for it, therefore I wish to ask, does water have some special effect on you?" To answer his question, the saint nodded. Jon began to speculate, "It is strange. Water doesn't have any special properties, never in proven history has water had any supernatural effect. Without anything added to it, common sense dictates that there is no reason why it should have soul cleansing effect. Then again, were dealing with magic here, so perhaps there is something the human eye can't see." The saint looked at the drone with a confused expression. The elevator opened with five hellspawn inside. After filling them with bullets, the saint walked inside and pressed the button to go down. The drone stayed behind, and from the camera in the corner Jon continued talking, "Maybe it is just a placebo, if you believe that it has a positive effect on you, your body acts like it does."
In the elevator, the saint was accompanied by some lovely music. A sense of joy was growing within her, as she was nodding her head to the rhythm and tapping her foot along with the pleasant sound. Her armor disappeared, leaving her in her fancy clothing. Her hips were moving side to side, with Jon being confused while watching through a camera, the holy warrior form heaven was engaged in a small dance like there was nothing to be concerned about happening at the moment. Seemingly forgetting her situation, the saint was moving as if possessed, until the sound of a, "ding" snapped her out of it. As the elevator door opened, she drop kicked the first hellspawn in her sight, her armor reappeared and it was back to slaughtering demons with no mercy.
After navigating the hallways, leaving corpses behind her, she reached a large room filled with computers. After the saint cleared it of zombies, Jon informed her, "This is the central security office. Go to the main console, the one in the middle of the room, the one with the dead security officer lying over it." When the saint approached it, she gently lifted the dead man up and placed him on the floor. Jon explained, "It looks like the computer is still on. I need to activate the emergency security systems. To do that, I need you to open the security systems menu." The saint looked at the screen, noticing a file by the name Jon described, she pressed her finger against it and nothing happened. After a moment of awkward silence, Jon said, "It is not touch screen." After being confused by what to do next, Jon asked, "Do you not know how to operate this computer?" Before she could reply, a speaker turned on and a demon started talking through it, "It was as the fire spawn warned us, your return was inevitable. Perhaps we should have disobeyed the king, and never allowed your corpse to leave our world."
Wasting no time, Jon said, "He is in this building, in the conference room, one floor above!" As the saint was ready to chase after this demon, Jon stopped her by saying, "Wait! There's someone coming your way! Be ready for it!" The saint drew her assault rifle as the door of the security office was slammed open and the saint was overcome with great sadness. The demon talking from the speaker said, "For ten years we have thrown all kinds of demons at you with no success, but this... I don't believe you've ever fought a guardian before, they are hard to come by since they only exist in one world... Your world." It was horrible to see that a guardian was standing before her, with red eyes, pale skin, and a dark aura emitting from its body. It was undead, its soul was gone, the saint was fully aware that it was just another demon wearing the skin of her people, but it did not make this reality any easier.
She just stood there as the half lion, half man, warrior leaped toward her. After dodging the first strike, the saint was levitating in the air. With the undead guardian igniting both hands, and continuously throwing fireballs at her, all of which were dodged by the saint. Seeing her hesitate to attack, Jon shouted, "What are you waiting for!? Fight!" Understanding that there was no escaping it, the saint gripped her sword tight and charged towards her fallen ally. The guardian blocked the sword with the thick metal gauntlets around its arms and countered the attack by slamming its fists into her stomach, knocking her back. Being so close to the guardian, the saint could feel it communicate with her, it was considered her pathetic, for holding back against a demon. She pulled out her assault rifle and was about to shoot, but the guardian was able to get to her before she pulled the trigger. It pushed the gun aside, as the gun fired and destroyed several computers in the room. The guardian proceeded to punch the saint over and over, until her armor was shattered. After being slammed through a wall, her face was covered in her own blood, her eyes were red once again, the feathers on her wings were starting to burn up. The silent voice in her head returned to tell her, "You really are pathetic. You know he's a demon, he will kill you if you don't fight back, and whatever humans that are still alive, will eventually be found and killed, all because you didn't want to hurt that thing."
