"Demon forge. I hesitate to call the smiths demons, because they are not in any way interested in killing anything. They are however interested in building weapons and armor for whoever comes along. They don't even care if the one who asks them for weapons is a demon. Which brings us here today. They upgraded the human weapons the saint brought with her to this world, made them effective against demons. They have helped her survive in our world and are responsible for her being able to kill so many of us." The king stood many kilometers away from the collosal structure as he said it. The shaman he brought along for this trip asked, "So, what are we doing here, my lord?" The king replied, "You just stay where you are and get ready to heal me." The shaman was concerned and said, "You're planning to attack them, sir? You do know the capabilities of their defense systems, right?" The king assured the shaman, "I'm not planning to do anything idiotic just yet."
He then walked towards the forge. Along a path wide enough for two demons of his size. On both sides of the path were wide empty fields, which most demons knew from watching others trying to cross them, were mine fields. Upon reaching a gate, with about half a kilometer tall wall on both sides, with turrets larger in size than the king himself lined on top of those walls, he was greeted by one of the smiths talking through a speaker. "Do you have a request?" It asked. The king replied, "I am here to talk to one of your smiths." His demand was met with no respect, the smith representative told him, "Oh, it's you. We already know what you want. Get lost before I have 70 different guns turn your body into clean up duty." The king backed away from the door and said, "I expected as much, you people think you can do whatever you want just because you have the best technology in the known multiverse. Well, I'll just leave you be then."
Upon seeing the king return, the shaman asked, "So, did it go well." The king answered, "They're even more hostile towards me than ever." The shaman understood and said, "So, do we go back to the castle, or the portal and prepare for when the saint comes back?" The king gazed at the demon forge and replied, "I'm not done with these pretentious bastards yet." The shaman was confused as it watched the king slam his hand into the ground and say, "Their automated defenses respond to hostile actions towards the forge. This however is just regular ground far away from them." The only response the shaman could give was a concerned, "I see..." The king pulled stone out of the ground and pushed it aside, he did it again and again. He was digging a hole.
After 2 hours, he had dug himself into a half a kilometer deep pit, and he kept digging. At the forge, a sentry saw this, and called upon the chief smith, "Chief, the demon king is doing something!" After being asked what was going on, the sentry tried to explain, "I believe he is digging a pit. I don't know why. Should I shoot him?" After getting orders to fire, a barrage of rockets descended on the newly made cave, collapsing its entrance and completely obliterating the shaman who did not have enough time to escape. The sentry reported, "Sir, the pit has collapsed, I see no activity. I don't know if the demon king survived." The chief replied, "Alright, if he resurfaces, shoot him again, if he's stupid enough to think he can get in here from bellow, let the mines deal with him."
Under the collapsed cave, the king kept digging in absolute darkness. After a time period that felt like multiple days, he stopped, he made himself a room big enough for him to move freely. He made sure to dig so deep, the mines surrounding the grounds around and bellow the forge would not be in his way. It was time to test out his half baked idea. The king charged up, red light irradiated from his veins, he lowered his arm, ready to swing he said, "I would like to say this is because you helped my enemy and I am obligated to punish my subjects when they commit treason, but the truth is, I am doing the because I hate you!" That moment, he unleashed the strongest punch he has thrown in at least a thousand years.
Ground surrounding the forge began to tremble. The entire building started to shake. The chief smith demanded the security staff explain what was going on, and they explained, "The mines bellow the forge have activated." The chief was confused and asked, "That shouldn't be shaking the forge! How many did he trigger!?" The staff answered, "Uhh... All of them." His frustration turned to shock, "HOW THE HELL DID HE..." before the chief could finish, the entire demon forge, the wall surrounding it, and the turrets guarding it, were all launched into the sky.
Upon seeing the sky again, the king looked at the forge flying and said, "I still amaze myself sometimes." He then started running away from the newly made canyon left behind by his punch and the thousands of explosions that it caused. While watching the whole thing crash into the ground from a good distance, the king remarked, "I have to say, I am impressed by the durability of their forge, from here it looks like its walls haven't even been bent. Well, it also looks like they don't have any way of turning the building right side up, so even if they survived, I have at least annoyed them to a good extent."
