Hiraethヒラエス(Chrollo X Kurapika)

  The chains that dangled from my hands rattled as they wrapped tighter around their designated victim, tightening enough to cause pain, I used chain jail to enforce hatsu on the Phantom Troupe's leader. Hatsu shuts off all nen abilities, I vowed my life I would only use this tactic on the spiders, if I were to ever use these chains on someone else, I would die. I myself have a nen dagger in my heart to ensure this rule I set for myself. My only goal is to kill all the Spiders- once I've accomplished that to avenge my brethren, I will get all of their eyes back.

"Leorio drive!" I shouted out in frantic tone, we needed to be gone before the rest of the troupe realized that their beloved leader was missing from their sides. The car jerked off harshly to make a u-turn, speeding off to our destination. I've chosen somewhere barren, where no one will ever hear us, or bother to search.

"It's been awhile," a monotone voice spoke out calmly.

"Kurapika."

My eyes widened at him addressing me

"If you insist on using me as a hostage again, I have no value as a hostage." Chrollo spoke, he shook his head and looked towards the window.

"If you intend on babbling!-" I started, my vision went red just looking at him. I was in no state of patience with him- after what he did to the Kurta clan. He is not deserving of me being polite, and composed; all of this built up hatred over the years, I just wanted to release it all on him. Without a second thought, I roughly grabbed Chrollo's jacket collar. I let out a harsh punch to his face, and was about to punch him again until I heard a familiar voice.

"He's not lying."

"Everything he says is true." Melody spoke softly.

Taken aback from what was just spoken, I let go of Chrollo and sat back down in my seat.

"He isn't shaken by any of this," she continued, her voice soft spoken- "He isn't worried or frightened of death." Melody sat back in her seat before speaking again.

"I can hear that he's accepted death."

The woman shook her head before continuing. I stay back in my seat looking down. I couldn't control my thoughts, my vision was red, eyes flooded with tears thinking about what he did to my clan. "I can hear that he walks with death everyday." Melody placed both of her hands on the side of her ears, as if trying to block out the sound of his heartbeat. The woman shuddered at her last sentence, before quieting.

"So, you've decided to kill me this time?" Chrollo said calmly. I could hear his head shift, I looked up to see that he was staring at me, presumably awaiting an answer from me.

"Shut up, before I kill you now!" I replied. I took some breaths to steady myself.

The look in his eyes was different from any other I'd seen from him before, it was a look you'd give someone while admiring them. "What're you looking at!" I shout at him, my eyes flash back to scarlet, I stare back harshly with pure hate.

I wanted nothing more but to end his life at this very moment.

He chuckled and closed his eyes, tilting his head up.

"You're just so beautiful when you're angered." Chrollo spoke.

'Did he jus-' My eyes widened with the words that were just placed into my head by him, my face shot a micro-expression of disgust, before shifting back to normal. My fist spiked against the side of his face, Chrollo's face moved against my punch, then looked back to me. His lip was bloodied. "Do you think this is a joke!" I shout out again at him, grabbing him by the collar of his jacket once more. Chrollo opened his eyes to look back at me, staring intently into my eyes- his stare seemed to seep down into my soul, leaving chills down my spine. I kept eye contact waiting for an answer from the older man. My arm was up ready to punch him in the face once more.

"Kurapika, enough!" Leorio shouted over to me. I growled in anger and let him go again, slumping back into my seat until we arrived, I crossed my arms over my chest. I could feel the heat of Chrollo's stare bore into the side of my face. He had a small smile peeking from the corners of his lips.

"We're here."

Once again, I know this is short- I'm sure I will write some long, and some short parts to this series. But It's more my style to keep things short and sweet. I hate getting off track. haha. I hope you enjoyed this part to the series.
