STORY DESCRIPTION!
WILLOW MICHAELS was an assassin, but that's not all she was. She was a girl that held such a dark power that it was hard to understand how someone so tiny could have something so demented.
She wore a beautiful opal necklace around her neck, with the prettiest shade of blue you'd ever seen. She would never take it off, and often people wondered how she did things with it on. But she had to. She had to find a way to work with the accessory. And so, it became a choker that stayed on her neck, black leather constantly pressing against the skin of her throat. But, it was worth it.
The necklace kept her powers contained. Her powers that would surely take over her and kill everyone around her. She tried for years, learning to gain control. Sometimes it worked, other times it did not. And maybe that's why she pushed everyone away. Maybe that's why she became so closed off and stayed away from everyone as much as she could.
She was trying to protect them. She didn't want anyone else to die because of something she had absolutely no control over. And that's where Natasha Romanoff came in. Natasha saw the girls struggles, and she remembered when she was like that. Closed off, pushing everyone away. And so, she found herself wanting to help the girl. She wanted to help her learn control. She didn't care if it could be the reason for her demise. She became good for a reason, and helping a girl that seemed to be crying out for unwanted help was definitely on her agenda.
