Without wax: which roughly translates to sin cera (sin: meaning- without, cera: meaning- wax) is an ancient usage for "sincerely" or "truth". This came about because in olden times sculptors of stone would cover up the flaws in their works by filling it with wax, so it indicates that a work done "without wax" is a work done without flaws and hence the name.
The dark thoughts escape me.
These worries don't phase me.
My past doesn't hurt me.
Not now, not anymore.
They haven't haunted me,
Not in a long while-
Ever since I met you.
You haunt my thoughts.
I don't think of the past,
But of a future with you.
You crawled your way into my head,
And now my heart.
I want you to stay.
I have nothing to offer.
Nothing but these words,
When you give me so much more.
The scars and the pain-
That you had no part in,
You still helped me through.
The wounds that you didn't cause,
You helped me heal.
The worries that floats about,
You take them all away.
Over and over again.
Even when I don't ask you to.
Stay and mend,
For this ragged doll is broken.
I know, you know this,
But I'll say it again.
I'm so in love with you.
Without wax.
~siIn this short piece I used it just to get with the fact that whatever it is that I felt when I wrote this, was true and it came from the heart.
